Best human weft hair I have ever bought!
I have used wefts of human hair for many years to make my own hair look ‘thicker’ and have shopped around for the best deals. The AAA grade of 100% human hair from Buyhair.co is the best I have ever used – although not the cheapest, or most expensive, the quality is so good that it can be used many times (unlike some cheaper supposedly 100% human hair I have bought in the past). It can be ordered easily on-line or over the phone and only takes a couple of days to arrive. I will definitely continue to use their products.

The colour was wrong ,
The colour was far too gold and dark however I have sent a hair sample and hope for a good match. I am a hairdresser and thought I had chosen the correct shade. But the hair piece was lovely and easy to put on .

Hi Hazel,
I'm sorry that the colour didn't match your hair first off. It is difficult to get the colour right first time- it is a good idea to send a colour sample in so we can colour match you. I hope the next one is perfect for you.
Kind Regards,
Katrina

My life made so much easier
After discovering Buy Hair on the internet I've just received the easihair colour ring, so many beautiful hair colours to choose from. My fiends and I can't wait to order our ponytails which is going to make our lives so much easier.
The customer service department were brilliant as I didn't know which colour ring to order. The ring landed 2 days later.
The only downside is, which hair piece to order as there are so many to choose from!!

Hi Rachael,
I'm so pleased you've been happy with our service and the choice of colours in the Easihair range. The Easihair hair pieces are lovely and you're right, it's hard to narrow it down to just one! I hope you're happy with whichever one you go for.

great quality hair except for the variance of bonds
I love the website. Super easy to use. I love the quality of hair, I just think you guys keep changing the formula or brand of keratin bonds you use on your pre-bonded extensions. Sometimes they're great, and others not so much. Also I wish you would restock your hair more often.

Hi Brittiany,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm pleased that you've been so happy with our website and the quality of our hair. We have recently changed manufacturers and the bonds on our hair are now Italian Keratin rather than Chinese Keratin, which is a little harder-wearing. We are now starting to get smaller, but more regular deliveries of hair so we shouldn't be out of stock in colours for so long now.
Kind Regards,
Katrina

Nice hair but clips won't attached
The care quility was good but the Clip in hair comes without the clips! It's difficult to attach the hair to the clips?

Hi Parmi,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I have checked your order with us and can see that it was for an American Dream weft rather than a clip-in set so this doesn't have clips on it as it is usually weaved in. However, we do have a large range of clip-in extensions and we'd be more than happy to give you advice and help you choose the right ones for you if you need to order them in the future.
Kind Regards,
Katrina

Good service, postage bit pricey
They sell the stuff I need which not many other sites do, but I feel postage is a tad bit expensive when I'm buying something that can fit in a tiny envelope and doesn't arrive for 5 days. Will still use this site though.

Hi Stacey,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I can understand your comments on our postage. A couple of months ago, we did trial a couple of different courier companies in order to be able to reduce our delivery charges to customers. However, we found the services to be less reliable and following feedback from our customers, we decided to go back to using Royal Mail which is a little more expensive but a lot more reliable. I'm glad you are going to continue to shop with us and we look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Kind Regards,
Katrina
