Great product but incorrect colour sent
I ordered two colours of the messy bun so I could make a more precise colour Match to my hair. Unfortunately, I received the same colour but in two different boxes, one was clearly mixed up. I will now ave to return them before I can get the correct one. So I won have hem in time for the wedding on Saturday. However, the look and quality of the item is great and can't wait for the correct one to come down.

Hi Danela,
I'm so sorry about the mix up with the buns you ordered. I can appreciate how frustrating it must have been for you, especially as you particularly need this for a wedding at the weekend. We will try our best to get your replacement bun out to you in time for the weekend. One of our Customer Services team members will call you later to discuss this further.
Kind Regards,
Katrina

Good delivery!
I was impressed with how quick I recevied my goods but was disappointed that I was sent wrong item, it was then made worse by my email not being responded to. The two stars are purely for delivery.

Great Idea
This item I would reccommened, unfortunately for me the colour was too different from my natural/highlighted colour to blend in and I had to return. I will be keeping an eye on the site though for anymore off the like that appear, as I just love the idea of having longer hair that I can tie up for my holidays. The actual fitting of the hair piece I found easy, and if I can do it anyone can.

Hi Caroline,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
I'm sorry that the product you received was not a suitable match to your own hair but I'm happy to see that you would still recommend the item.
I understand that it is often difficult to choose the correct colour match over a computer screen. We hope you will choose to order from us again in the future and if you do, I would like to let you know that you can email a photograph of yourself to our Customer Service team and we can advise you on the nearest colour to your own. Or if you prefer you can send a cutting of your hair to us through the post and we can match it that way.
Kind regards,
Victoria

Best stick tips on the internet!
Really happy with the service and hair itself from BuyHair. At first, I ordered stick tips from another website to use with micro rings but my hairdresser did not rate them at all. However, he suggested BuyHair and had absolutely no complaints while putting them in for me.

Fantastic!!
I was so apprehensive about ordering on line so i contacted the company by telephone. The girls in the office were absolutely fantastic, they helped me so much, they even took pictures and e-mailed them through to me. I rec'd the product the following day but unfortunately had to return as i'd chosen the wrong colour. This was hassle free and i rec'd another product 2 days after returning the original one. I def wouldn't hestitate to recommend this site and i'll def be using them again in the future! Fantastic service!
