Hi, I am a returning customer.. bought more cups from Buzz catering, they were good quality cups as previously purchased.. unfortunately during transit 4 cups were broken even though the packaging was extremely good. I called to explain the situation and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I had 4 new cups delivered in the same week.. impressive.. so this company comes highly recommended by me.

I can only praise this company. I purchased goods which came very promptly and they were made to a high standard but I was one missing. Got straight on the phone and spoke with a lovely lady called Jo who very kindly sorted the problem straight away. In fact she sent an email to their suppliers during our conversation, and within 2 days my missing product had arrived. I just can’t praise them enough. My problem was a tiny problem as I am an independent buyer not a business but no problem was too small for Jo. She was very helpful and polite offering impeccable customer service. Thank you.

It was great to be able to just talk to someone and get the right product for us. We purchased a commercial dishwasher at a price a lot lower than the models official website. It arrived well packaged and in time for us to get going quickly. Excellent service!

This was my first order with Buzz after being forwarded their details by a friend. The order was late arriving and missed the event I needed the items for and when it did arrive one item was incorrect. I received a prompt response from them after notifying them of the error however I was offered a refund and no offer of the correct item being dispatched.
I am about to kit out a kitchen in community facility and this experience hasn't given me any confidence that Buzz are the suppliers that can be relied upon.

Had the product I needed at the best price I could find. The order process was straightforward and the items were delivered next day.

Great experience with Buzz Supplies. Firstly they have a great range of affordable products. Ordering was a smooth process, was offered free delivery and it came speedy. I ordered again. One of their items were out of stock, gave them a ring and they accurately told me when it’ll be in stock. They accidentally gave me the wrong item. I emailed them, they responded very quickly. Cut out the time of sending the item back and sent me the correct item. Now this is by far the best customer experience I’ve received. From online shopping, on call and over email. Ordered a selection of tea pots, easy to order, great price, fast delivery.

Delays in dispatching, delays delivering by dhl after dispatching. 10 days after ordering and three phone calls to customer service I’m still waiting for my item.

Very well packaged up and arrived promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size of knife so am giving it away to the hostess I am having dinner with

Great products, just a little disappointed in delivery time / updates. Would order from them again.

Ordered items on a Saturday with a 3-5 day delivery lead time. Called to check on status to be told estimated delivery is 9 days after order. They also stated the 3-5 days quoted are actually business days. If that is the case - just state that on your lead times! Arrogant customer services. Take it or leave it attitude. If I could leave zero stars I would.

So disappointed with this company
I ordered a six pack of cups. Still hadn’t received an email a week after ordering to say they had been posted. So I emailed the company who said sorry an issue with supplies however I did get an email that same afternoon saying your parcel has been sent out, may be a coincidence.
I received the cups few days later damaged exterior box and broken cup inside. I took a photo and emailed to the company. Their response was we cannot send you another cup as we can’t split orders so I wouldn’t have a full set now and they would return the money for one cup.
Cups are nice enough but service was very bad.
