Keine Rückerstattung bisher

Ich habe am 07.07 Schuhe online bestellt und diese wurden ziemlich schnell geliefert.
Am 09.07 habe ich die Bestellung retourniert und bis heute (03.08.21) keine Rückerstattung bekommen!!!!
Ärgerlich, wenn man für jede Rückerstattung den Kundendienst kontaktieren soll!!!

Amazing Service!!

A bag I purchased from ByFar had an issue with it. I contacted ByFar customer service, dealt with Sema and had a wonderful experience. She was thorough, efficient and so helpful throughout the whole process of getting me a new bag! Exceptional customer service is a direct example of the company and I’m really happy with my experience with ByFar!

Billy Lime Green Bag

I made an order for Billy Lime Green bag and to be truly I was very scared and confused after reviews I read here. I made order on Friday and haven’t received shipping number untill Tuesday,I wrote down to byfar customer service and got message from Sema same day, explaining that delay happens just because it was Easter in Germany. When I received my shipping number it take one day to get my order to Great Britain(super fast).So when it come to their customer service and shipping I was very pleased. When it come to the bag, yes it is pricey, and obv byfar is not one of those high brand we all know but the quality is absolutely amazing, from packaging to the product I just adore and love everything. One thing which I wish will change in future, I hope company will have got more transparent information from where they got their materials and how and where the bags are made. For sure I will purchase another byfar bag in the future.

Substituted broken shoes within 1 week!

My shoes broke after 4th usage. When I emailed the customers service team, not only they were super responsive and helpful, but they sent me a shipment to collect my broken shoes and sent a new pair within one week time! Loved this service, it really made up for my disappointment in seeing my lovely shoes break like that

I would not recommend this online shop…

I would not recommend this online shop and here is why:
- I placed an order in June and instead of receiving my order in 3-5 days (as stated on website), it took them 11 days to only ship the item.
- They did not inform me of the delay and only answered (few days later) after I complained. The new shipping date I got from that answer was also missed by several more days!
A thing to note: I was not in the country of delivery and I'm still not, because Corona. As a result of this delay I did not get the chance to get my shoes from the delivery country to where I am until a couple of days ago. (3 month later) If they arrived in 3-5 days, I would have had them in June. I am aware this complication is not their fault, but it is important for my next point.
- Now here's the most important part: I DID NOT GET THE SHOES I PAYED FOR! I ordered a pair of sandals that were on sale knowing I will probably not be able to return them, but I knew my size and I liked them an all of the pictures. They were described as "orange patent leather", however, now that I finally have them here with me, I know that they are not patent leather, they are a very low quality smooth leather and in a much uglier and different shade that what any of the pictures showed.

Strongly Recommend- Never Purchase anything from this company

My first purchase with By Far was okay until I purchased the second time!

The second time I purchased a few items on their website during sale. One bag came so defected with white coatings and scratches - it looked used/worn.

I took pictures on the day I unboxed them and sent photos to By Far - no reply after 2 days so I try sending emails to their different departments.

A total of 6-7 emails were sent across 10 days with no single reply. I ended up have to return the product on my own for a refund as replacing is not an option provided by By Far.

They said on their policy that they will refund once item is reviewed and eligible for refunding, if not they will send the items back to customers. They will send an email to us after reviewing it. Refund will take 5 days after they receive and review the products and confirm eligibility of refund.

After 5 days By Far received (DHL courier confirmed) my returned item, I heard nothing from them. No emails no nothing. I emailed them again and, of course, there is no reply. Now I don’t have a bag nor do I have a refund.

Basically this company just took USD256 from me like theft.

I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. As a frequent purchaser of luxury items, this is the first time I have issues with any luxury company - or maybe this is why they will never be on the same level as the better luxury brands. There are a lot of better brands out there than this By Far company.

Can’t believe I say this, but Farfetch or Nordstorm have WAY better services than By Far. This company is ridiculous with their ways of handling customers (by ignoring) and unbelievably pricey for the faulty/damaged items that they sent me.

Exemplary service

Placed two orders with them. One I cancelled as I changed my mind (I don’t normally order fabric bags and ordered in haste). I phoned and got straight through to a very polite and helpful lady Plamena. My order confirmation as cancelled no problem. The second order had a delayed despatch due to covid. In the mean time I received an email stating the order was delayed and as a goodwill gesture 10% discount on a future full priced order. In that time a colour I preferred (sky blue croc mini) went on sale elsewhere. I wasn’t sure I would be able to cancel given time passed. I phoned again and got through straight away. The order was cancelled for me again by the lovely Plamena. I am surprised to see another review this month on poor service as they seem fairly hot on this to me. I would have no concerns to order from them in future. Thank you.

Awful customer service!

Have sent several requests about the return, as the Byfar return portal doesn't work at all. Have tried to send the items back at the same day as delivery was and the system says:" We are unable to process this request as the returns period has expired. Should you require further assistance, please contact our customer service team." Have tried to contact them several times - no answer! Fortunately I paid with Klarna, so will have to send the order via DHL back at my expenses ( Byfar doesn't accept any other logistic company !!!) and not pay for the order. Will never purchase anything by this seller!

Here's the thing: I bought on February 7th in byfar website shoes price is $408, on February 8, by sent to transport company in the United States, transport company is bought hai feng yun, from February 12 transport company sent to China, arrived in China on February 28th, February 28, Courier delivery Courier to play my phone, called to tell me to let me hand over 562 yuan, then I will add the Courier WeChat, using WeChat handed over the RMB 562 (because don't sign for transfer the Courier company can't give I return), in order to return, Receipt after I pay the freight cost is 549 yuan RMB and then make suitable abundant speed luck the express mail delivery directly to walk, but the Courier to the UK on March 8, 9 March through customs in the UK, suitable abundant speed luck international customer service call me said the seller has not pay tariff, and then I'll ask suitable abundant speed luck customer service ask how much the tariff, suitable abundant speed luck customer service said tariffs should pay more than 100 pounds is equivalent to 1000 yuan, the key is byfar sellers don't pay the tariffs on more than 100 pounds, also let me pay 1000 yuan, the taxes and fees is more precious than the value, I have no money, I still owe a lot of money, Now it is nearly April, the seller does not give me a refund, how to do? !
