I ordered 6 seat covers back in March. It’s now the end of June have not received the seat covers, but they have my $!

Great covers, failures in communication
We ordered dining chair covers on 17 April and finally received them, despatched from China on 29 May, on 6 June. We were advised delivery would take 3-10 days so 7 weeks was a very long wait. We chased the order after a few weeks of waiting and the email response, obviously a standard reply, told us we'd receive them in a week which didn't happen. If this company wishes to stay in business they are going to have to overhaul and improve their customer service and communication. I understand they had supply difficulties but customers deserve better. We are delighted with the quality of the covers, transforming our heavily stained chair seats. I'm glad we were patient and didn't believe the scam warnings posted on Trustpilot.

We ordered a couch cover several months ago and paid. We never received the item. We have called numerous times. Every time we call their customer service number we get a record message and we leave a message. They do not return calls or send emails explaining the delay. I conclude that Cabrexa is a scam. One should not order from them.

This company is definitely a scam. Don’t order from them. I ordered four stretch fabric chair covers on 4/17/2022. Order confirmation said expected delivery time was 3-10 days. Never received the items. Emailed them on 5/6/2022 and received a template type email from “Stephanie” that said my items would be received in 6 days. Still not received. Initiated a dispute with my credit card company today. Don’t order from them.

They tell me I will have it in a week. That’s the same thing they told me a month ago.
6-11. No merchandise, no refund.

6-30. They reach out to me via email to “make it right”. Offer a refund to PayPal.
7-28. No refund. No merchandise.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
8-10. No refund. No merchandise. No more communications.
Buy what you want elsewhere. A complete farce of a company. It may only be $40, but it is also theft. This is the only review you need to read.

I placed an order on April 13, 2022 and I have not received it —-they said they fulfilled the order but I did not receive anything— I have been emailing them over and over —they kept saying they send the order I did not receive it— so do not order anything from them.

I foolishly order two office chair…
I foolishly order two office chair covers a month ago and they had the nerve to send me a link to talk to someone through messenger who does not respond the link does not respond they took my $87 and I still do not have any car covers I was chair covers this really sucks because it was happening as they going to make it to the point where somebody’s going to stick them out and take care of real business because I’m pissed nobody has money to just give away to people

Cabrexa is a SCAM company
Cabrexa is a SCAM company! Ordered seat covers, took my money and covers never received. They have failed to reply to any emails or messages and surprise, surprise… their website has now been taken down.
They have taken customers money and ran to the hills!! I have checked with Companies House, got the name of the Director, who previously ran a similar company for a short while (there seems to be a pattern forming here) and contacted Trading Standards to keep an eye if another SCAM company is formed.
How can someone just do this??
Update - they have made an application for the company to be struck off and dissolved - source Companies House- but have recently reloaded their website and are now trying to trade again… to take more money off customers - that is illegal!! You cannot trade whilst dissolving your company!! They are even posting new Facebook adverts!!
Absolutely shameful!! Trading Standards contacted with this update.

I have ordered covers for my settee and…
I have ordered covers for my settee and dining room chairs and I have not received them within the time frame that they stated I would receive them, I have contacted them several times by email chat which does not exist and all I get back is the same rewritten letter from Laura who must work every hour god sends for her name is on every letter. It appears I have been scammed again out of money I can ill afford. Why is this allowed to happen.
