A terrible website for buying motorbike…

A terrible website for buying motorbike accessories. I ordered a ‘Roeg Jettson 2.0 Helmet – Matte Black, size M’, but they sent me an XL. I asked to return it. They sent me a return label that wasn’t valid for sending goods back from Italy. I therefore agreed with them that I would cover the shipping costs myself. I sent the return and received confirmation from BRT of delivery, including the POD. They haven’t issued a refund, claim they haven’t received anything, and are no longer replying to emails. I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. I have filed a complaint with the Italian authorities. I will be taking legal action to try and get my money back.

Bonjour je suis très inquiet je n'ai aucune nouvelle concernant ma commande impossible de se connecter et aucune réponse ni au téléphone ni au mail envoyé j'aimerais avoir un contact pour pouvoir être rassuré mais pour le moment c'est très inquiétant

Absolut unverschämte erfahrung mit dem Cafe…

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Cafe Racer Webshop.
Ich habe ein Produkt für 170€ bestellt, nur die Verpackung geöffnet und es nie montiert oder benutzt. Danach habe ich es wieder zurückgeschickt. Jetzt behauptet der Shop, sie können mir nur 70 % erstatten, weil die Papierverpackung angeblich beschädigt sei.

Das bedeutet, ich verliere fast 60€ nur wegen einer Verpackung! Ich habe sogar vorgeschlagen, mir 90€ zu erstatten – schließlich kann man für 20€ problemlos eine neue Verpackung besorgen. Aber darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. Die einzige Antwort war: 70 % oder sie schicken das Produkt wieder zurück.

Für mich absolut unverständlich und extrem kundenunfreundlich. Sehr enttäuschend – ich werde dort definitiv nie nie wieder bestellen.

Suite à mon avis , j'ai reçu une réponse, je remonte ma note et attend ma livraison. Par contre sur ma boîte mail , je n' ai pas de contact . Donc vce site à l' air correct .

Returned Money no questions asked

made an order containing a helmet and gloves. Unfortunately gloves were not included, however been charged. I contancted the company with an email, explained the situation and the company returned the balance of the gloves with bank transfer straight away. No questions asked. Great service !

I absolutely do not recommend this…

I absolutely do not recommend this store. My experience with their customer service – especially with the contact person I communicated with by email, Edwin – has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a pair of gloves from them in August. When they arrived, they were too small, so I sent them back to the Netherlands for an exchange. My postal service later informed me that the store had refused to accept the return package, even though they never contacted me or explained why.

On top of that, they had specifically instructed me how to label the parcel – including printing and attaching a note stating that the shipment was only an exchange. I followed their instructions exactly. Despite this, they still refused to accept the package. It was sent back to me, and when I resent it, they refused it again. In total, this cost me an additional 100 euros in shipping alone.

Throughout this whole process, Edwin repeatedly insisted that the problem was “the fault of the postal service.” However, when the parcel was returned to me, it was clearly marked by the postal service as “refused by recipient.” I have photo evidence of this, so their explanation simply isn’t true.

This level of incompetence and unwillingness to help a customer is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop.

Ordine non spedito al momento

Ho ordinato 2 pezzi che il sito dava disponibili e quindi spedibili immediatamente. Dopo 10 giorni senza notizie ho chiesto a che punto fosse il mio ordine e mi hanno risposto che 1 dei 2 pezzi non era disponibile e tutt'ora non sanno quando spediranno e tanti saluti.

Ancora non ho idea di quando e se arriveranno i miei pezzi. Non comprerò piu da questo sito.

MODIFICA:

Ordina spedito dopo 8 giorni. Nonostante tutto l'assistenza clienti è stata celere nel rispondere e disponibile. Modifico il mio giudizio.

Ordered a pair of clip on risers

Ordered a pair of clip on risers. Had to write a reminder which was replied. After waiting for the parts to arrive with no result I asked to have the order cancelled and my payment refunded.
Money back in two days.

Ik stuurde een mail om te melden dat de verpakking geopend was (duidelijk een retourproduct) en mijn bestelling niet compleet was. Er ontbraken één van de vier beschermers in de broek. Ik krijg geen reactie op mijn mail..

Wann kommt endlich die Ware???

Ich habe am 6.8.25 einen YSS Dämpfer bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute werde ich mit der Lieferung vertröstet. Angeblich wäre der Dämpfer noch nicht produziert.....
Bin sehr skeptisch ob hier nicht evt ein Betrugsfall vorliegt :-(

My first port of call for custom parts…

My first port of call for custom parts and upgrades, they have a great selection and importantly good descriptions that help you choose the right part. The prices are really competitive and when I choose priority delivery it was really fast! I ordered the part on the Sunday and it arrived to the UK on Tuesday morning. I've made several purchases now and have always been very satisifed.

Warten auf Rückzahlung

Leider sind die Herrschaften vom Cafe Racer Webshop nicht in der Lage mir mein gezahltes Geld rück zu überweisen.

Bestellt via Vorkasse, leider ist die Bestellung abgebrochen. Hin und her geschrieben was mit dem gezahlten Betrag ist. Man versicherte mir die Rückerstattung, Wartezeit bisher knapp 14 Tage und keinerlei Infos wann ich mit einer Rückzahlung rechnen kann.

I did order a clutch repair kit for a…

I did order a clutch repair kit for a Suzuki GSX 750 f from this company. According to the store the item is immediately available and shipment is within a few working days. That was on June 20 2025. As I’m writing this it is 21 of July and they haven’t still got the item. A week ago I did send them an email that they didn’t answer at all.
I’m waiting for the refund at this moment. However I was able to order the item from a French company. From order to delivery it took only 5 working days. Ordered the items on Thursday and I got the package on Monday (France to Finland). Excellent service from that company. Will use them in the future also.
