Wrong sizes terrible service

They finally gave me my money back after weeks of playing games. Their sizes are not true, men’s xl is a large etc
Then they fight tooth and nail not to give full refund. Now they bug me to change my review. If they big me one more time I’ll leave the 1 star up
Next time don’t sell over seas sized products in the USA and when a client tells you it’s wrong send fill refund as requested not 10 emails later

Not happy with this company…

I'm not sure what went wrong with this company but I never received my shoes and I could only contact them through email sometime it would take days before I will hear from them they said that my shoes were delivered but no one could give me a date that they were delivered I live in a gated apartment complex and I have cameras on my doorbell I never seen the package delivered and I never heard from the company so take my advice do not use this company thank you.

This is one of those scam sites

This is one of those scam sites. They send you AI pictures of shoes, and when you order, the order is crappy shoes. Totally unwearable. I bought one for my wife and regretted upon receiving them.

Would not order from them I bought a pair of glasses and got a confirmation number and never received a tracking or anything else but yet money has been debited from my account save your money you will be ripped off

Very cheap material

Very cheap material. Product pictures are AI generated. Once you buy it you will stuck with it bc they are charge more for return shipping than the product. DO NOT BUY IT!

Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing, I thought my order was lost but they communicated and was very patient with me and found my order for me.. the shoes are exactly what I ordered!! Fit perfect. Ill most definitely order again.. 5 🌟

I ordered two pairs of shoes and from…

I ordered two pairs of shoes and waa sent the wrong sizes for both of them. I ordered size 7 which is supposed to be size 40 but was sent a size 38. The other shoes just had some numbers at the bottom 240(1.5). I don't even know what this means, it was supposed to be a size 7 also. So both shoes don't fit me.

Some of our footwear may display different manufacturer markings (such as numbers like 240), which can vary depending on the factory labeling system.

Excellent Customer Support

I recently ordered a pair of Halden Loafers from Callenford, and what I would like to point out best about this transaction was the customer support, even though the order took time and the shoes were a little different to what I saw in the pictures, the customer service rep Berk, was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Satisfied Customer!!

My beautiful shoe arrived too small for my big ole feet, however, Bert responded quickly to my email and offered me another alternative. I'm pleased with his response and can't wait to receive my new shoes.

Terrible customer service like many of these online stores they…

Like many of these online stores they don’t have accurate sizes probably due to being in china. I purchased a xl jacket which for me is a little big so I can compensate for undershirt etc. When I got the jacket, it was way too small without one shirt on it did not fit contact customer support. They offered me a 15% off. I said no thank you I still need a complete refund and a return tag. They then offered 50% return and keep the jacket again I said no why would I want to pay any money for something that was false advertised being your sizing. And they expect me to pay for shipping it back
Don’t ever buy from this company

I ordered a pair of shoes from Facebook, I’m normally very sceptical but i fell in love with the shoes as soon as I saw them, I have an upcoming Christmas night out and thought these would be perfect for the outfit I’m wearing, can tell you these shoes are amazing quality, fit perfectly and I’ve already had my friends ask where I got them! 5 stars 🙏
