We are a family run business for over 100 years and are renowned for supplying an extensive range of fresh meat, fresh fish and delicatessen products to Scotland’s top Michelin star hotels and restaurants. You may have probably been to or desired to dine at a Martin Wishart, Nick Nairn or Tom Kitchin restaurant and wondered if you could enjoy the same delicious meal in the comfort of your home. We dry age our beef for a period of at least 21 days which improves the flavour of the meat and makes it more tender thereby making it a prime quality meat which is generally preferred by top chefs.
