Professional, friendly, supportive and adaptable
From booking my provisional slot to completion everyone I dealt with at Camp Hopson Removals were great - professional and friendly! Due to delays in getting keys released - and it being a Friday, Camps ensured that extra removal guys came to the new house to get everything done as quickly as possible - but I never felt rushed. Would recommend Camp Hopson Removals to anyone and everyone with hesitation.

Right from the start when Peter visited to carry out the survey we have been very impressed with the service from Camp Hopson. The team arrived on time and their speed of packing was rapid and thorough. They were pleasant and helpful. They arrived at our new home on time despite the narrow lanes. Well done Derek and all the team

The packing was very efficient and everything went to the programme they said. Unpacking was also good except for one unfortunate accident. One small cupboard, part of an office system of shelving, fell out of the transporter, but only minor damage. They were ready to take it for repair, but I could see I could easily do it myself, which I did and was able to get the shelving up.

Rather disappointed at the lack of pre-removal contact to confirm the move. Despite items having fragile labels clearly attached to them, a heavy cardboard box was placed on top of a container of china ( on opening we found two broken items) and an antique chair was carried - in our view - precariously by its back despite a request that care be taken with it. Shocked really, we move quite a bit with work and certainly didn't expect this standard from Camp Hopson Removals,
