Found a safe place for my annuity. Took a while to set up. Helpful paperwork sent - easy to understand.
Unable to set up account online but very helpful lady at customer service arranged to send payslips to me by post.

Had problems getting in touch with my pension provider but once Canada life took on my pension it’s been very good thank you Canada life.

It was so nice to speak to a real person about my investment.
Nancy was really helpful regarding my query about withdrawals and was also able to change my address easily to my new temporary address. So much easier than filling in a form and having to post it. I have asked for some further information and I’m sure she will be onto it straightaway.

Overall this company are excellent
Overall this company are excellent, however I do have one issue, that it takes SO very long to release funds when requested. I genuinely cannot understand in this high speed age how and why it takes SO LONG.
