My experience was very good. The web site is very good at presenting exactly what I was buying. The sales department answered on the first ring. I spoke with Samit a real person who helped me through the entire process most excellently. I am disabled and going to the store was very difficult. Samit made it not necessary at all. Even the payment process was secure and easy. The whole process took 20 mins. Samit was a good match for this customer. On the phone we worked well together and I got my appliances brought to my home in 3 days. The delivery people were very experienced and were in my home for 15 mins. They also took my old appliance with them. I will definitely purchase my next large appliance from this store or web site. I will ask for Samit too. Thank you CAS

Friendly, professional service, meeting all expectations

Cory seemed to know his products and had a handle on things which is important when buying an expensive product sight unseen. He was quick to reply and very professional.
The delivery team did a good job on the installation and kept me posted as to their arrival time.

The installation was not impressed at all. The dishwasher leaks as soon as the technician left. I lost faith on CAS as the contractor is not trust worthy. My first experience in 2022 was already poor when I purchased my Whirlpool fridge. The sales did not explain to me that the fridge does not have smudge free feature. I give CAS another chance since Yvonne Wang explained the features in detail. With the installation experience, I’m afraid I will not come back

Delivery people worked carefully to remove old range and bring in new range.

It was Sunday when we went to the store and we're able to finish the transaction the same day successfully and got the product delivered the next day.

The whole process of buying big appliances was made exceptionally easy. We came in to look at washers and dryers but this was the first of many stores we were visiting on this day. After going to several different shops I called CAS and was able to finalize my purchases over the phone. Delivery was quick and efficient. After testing everything to make sure it was working properly they even took away my old appliances. I would highly recommend them and they had the best price in town, I know because I went elsewhere!

As a first timer dealing with your website, I found all the specs I needed to properly size up what fit in our space. Depth was what I was more concerned about. I didn't want the stove sticking out too far. As for the delivery staff, they were very polite, didn't scratch the floor.
