I have had to contact customer services twice- the first being my fault, the second was a fault with my advent calendars. However, they responded within 3 hours to my messages and have always resolved the issues without hesitation. They are only a small team and I appreciate their efforts. Special shout out to Alex. I can’t quite believe the poor ratings- give them the opportunity to correct themselves before reviewing.

I really like this brand but I have to agree with previous comments, the delivery of orders is abysmal. Ordered an item, had to chase it - cancelled without informing me. Then having to chase refund

Gorgeous colourful Advent Calendar but plastic inserts put in upside down in factory meaning some windows contain double sweets and leaving other windows empty. Didn't expect such poor quality control/carelessness for an expensive product. It wasn't obvious that the inserts were upside down, the consumer wouldn't know this, took a bit of figuring out before we realised what had gone wrong. Shame 🙃

Poor unreliable company. Personally I would say it’s a scam so stay clear. Placed an order a few days ago and just received an email saying cancelled. What a joke of a company. Wouldn’t recommend.

Placed order three days ago didn’t realise auto correct had put the wrong g address in have repeatedly email them to request change to correct address they have ignored every single email so far and just received notification of cancelled order without any explanation of you can’t fulfill discount code don’t issue or in first place disgusting customer service won’t be using again

Terrible - ordered two advent calendars on 15th November. Still not arrived by 2nd Dec! Queried and told my order wasn't fulfilled and i will get a refund in 5 days time! What a complete waste of time, the children are upset and customer service dont seem to care. wont be ordering products again.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They cancelled my order without any real explanation, and now I have to sit here waiting for a refund of the postage I’ve already paid. Honestly, why put out an offer if you can’t actually fulfil it? It’s frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to think twice – the hassle is simply not worth it. Terrible service and a very poor experience all round.

My order was cancelled without any explanation or prior notice. The company provided a discount code but didn’t honor it, which is disappointing. If they are truly a small business, I would expect a much higher standard of customer service

Don’t buy direct. Got 30 packs of my favourites to save a bit vs picking them up at supermarkets. They delivered 28 bags all with a shelf life of less than 2 months… making the whole transaction totally pointless. Scammed on quantity and on use by…

Packaging is dreadful , sharp edges that can ( and did) cut fingers.

Does Candy Kittens ever try their products?
The sour watermelon gourmet sweets taste of anything except watermelon.
Also, on the packaging states: "No nasties. All good". Have you seen the list of ingredients?
I will not purchase this sweets ever again: they are a waste of money.

These guys sweets are amazing and their customer service is outstanding. Very quick to respond to a query even at the weekend and resolved it with no fuss. Very happy repeat customer 😀🍬

I bought the new sweets just out for my friend and they turned up well packaged, within a couple of days and with lots in the pack. I haven't tried them yet but they look delicious! <3

Order has yet to be delivered.
Customer service gave the excuse that you have to wait 5 days for delivery.this was for a birthday present,which was ordered within plenty of time.
Non existent customer service.

These sweets are my guilty pleasure! Buying a bundle is a really good deal and allows me to pop a couple of bags in the family snack cupboard, and secret the rest away for myself!
The newly formulated Eton Mess are a delight - the fruit juice really shines through! I didn't think they could improve my favourite, but they did!
Arrives well-packaged. The reward scheme makes it really worthwhile to buy directly from the Candy Kittens site.

I choose Candy Kittens for their no nasties, gourmet reputation. The bulk order i made for family before Christmas ( 3rd Dec) i have just realised that the sweets i gave for gifts, were all past their best before dates in November 2024! I paid over £50.00 and my sons have had tummy upsets/aches over Christmas - now we know why! 😥 Really not happy! How can they send out sweets past their best before date and think it's acceptable! No reply to emails either!

Modified starch spikes blood sugar more than sugar - how is that not a nasty ? Glucose syrup too , not good - stop it.

Advent calendar is not worth the money. Would not recommend. Packaging hides the fact that what’s inside is very small and there isn’t anything extra/different for Christmas Day. Very disappointed!
