CandiesWarehouse is not the same as CandyWarehouse. It seems to be a scam. No phone number, "about" section is crazy AI. Do not order from Candies Warehouse.

Order From the candy warehouse I tracked With my tracking number They set me. I call the tracking number all the way through To delivery. Only for say that it was left at the wrong address. So I got hold of the candy warehouse company and they tell me that I ordered from A fake candy warehouse. It's funny how everything looks the same. Say everything.

I placed a order on 11/15/2025 , and l received a tracking number days later, a week went by and no order , 2 weeks no order l kept emailing them about my order and only responds was its coming. On 12/14/2025 l received a email stating your package has been delivered. NO IT HASN'T
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. The reply was take it up with the post office..my post office don't run at 6:30 pm plus I been looking at the camera on the monitor. I would not recommend ordering from this company they will take your money and say your order has been delivered!!!!!!l ordered this candy for the kids shelter for Christmas now l can't give them anything....

I ordered back in October it’s now December track is horrible, tracking number does not work on any usps , ups, FedEx. It says delivered on December 2 never received it, asked them all they say is delivered and told to check local delivery but you can’t because tracking number doesn’t cross reference. I don’t think it will ever come in just another rip off company.

I made an order on 11/11/2025 and I have not heard or received any update. I have not even gotten an email from the warehous. Where is my package. It says on the website that it has been shipped but I have not received my package. when will I receive my items. This review is for a scam website not the actual candy warehouse with an e at the end of warehouse.

Absolutely delicious. I got tons of popcorn different flavors and 5 pounds of sour gummy worms! It's amazing and now I have tons of little snacks hanging around my house

I ordered candy for my daughter's wedding "Sweets table" from this company. Although they were a little higher priced on a couple of items that I found on other sites, they had a larger selection and more items that fit my needs. I was able to sort candy by type and color which made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. I chose ground shipping which I was warned might be risky due to heat sensitivity, but everything arrived in a few days and carefully packaged with cold-packs that were still cold. If shipping to a very hot climate, I would not risk it and do 2-day air, however for me it worked out. I found out I needed a couple more containers of one item and they discounted the shipping for me since I had placed 2 recent orders. The customer service person was awesome and I will definitely buy from them again.

This place was amazing! So much better than Amazon and it's local. I picked up the phone, placed my order and got the best possible customer service from a sweet girl named Gabi Landis! She was following up with me because my order was urgent - seriously - we were going on a trip and my husband was like" oh, we don't have the Cavendish candy?!" Forget Amazon, this is my place to go to when I need to order some good, serious candy. Love it! Thank you CW!!!!

Taste of chocolate not good also only 10 very small chocolates in a large box. Poor value for money.

I would never order from this company again dishonest,candy over priced and the customer service from colleen griffin was horrible. This company will take your money but will never give you a refund for candy being Defective.

Update : I did get a refund.

I just got my order of two bags caramels. Well i open them and they are awful. I wrote to this business and they said the date is fine till May 2021. This business does not stand behind there product. They could care less they got there money and that is all they want.

i had ordered several times from this company before. it was always good. i recently ordered some products from them and they sent me an open bag that was scatered all over the bags. i had to throw it away cause of covid 19. i could not take the risk. i felt like i threw my money out the window.

I have been ordering from candy warehouse for a few years now, they never failed. LOVE the Brock's chocolate stars (hard to find candy from my childhood). It ALWAYS arrives tasty and fresh, just as I remember. Great company, they do ship quickly,

I ordered 3 bags of holiday mix in November 2020 and they arrived smashed to bits, stuck together, old and stale. Inedible. Old stock--expiring 1/2021. Usually, this candy has an expiry date 1-2 years out. This had been sitting in the warehouse for a long time. Contacted them--crickets. I do not recommend this business.
