This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. It’s an absolute DISGRACE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Part of my order was missing, which still hasn’t been resolved, but in all honesty, I don’t care because the items that did arrive were the worst quality clothes I have ever seen. They didn’t match the pictures at all and sizing was completely wrong.

After contacting the ‘customer service’ requesting a return and full refund they accepted, stating they will provide me with a PRE PAID shipping label. They later disregarded that they said this and just provided me with a return address. It would cost me £55 to return to this address so I declined and requested the pre paid shipping label that they told me they were providing. Instead they offered me a 40% refund and I can keep the items. Honestly this company is laughable. They have now upped it to a 50% refund. Maybe if I keep going I’ll eventually get the full refund for this shambles of a ‘company’

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Sunglasses are terrible, cheapest Chinese plastic quality. Waaay too overpriced, shipping took 18 days- makes sense.

Typisch Chinesischer Lieferant: Alle Grössen zu klein für Europäer, obwohl die Grössentabellen des Verkäufers etwas anderes sagen. Rücksendung kostet mehr als die Ware wert ist. Ich fühle mich verarscht!

Typical of Chinese suppliers: all sizes are too small for Europeans, even though the seller's size charts say otherwise. Returning the item costs more than it's worth. I feel ripped off!
