My experience with Capital Car Finance has been brilliant. Ian was quick, efficient, and informative. I felt confident proceeding with my loan, and everything was explained to me in detail. The online process and steps are really quick and easy too. I'll be recommending Capital Car Finance, and Ian to my friends and family.

I requested a finance pcp quote from this company, purely to see how I could borrow, and what the monthly payments would be. Later that same day I got a phone call from Ian from this company, who was very helpful and explained he could help me with securing finance, he proceeded to send me a WhatsApp message with his details.

A couple of days later I messaged Ian and asked him how much the payments would be on a Panamera for approx £40k. His reply was to explain that it’s almost impossible to give an indication of payments as it’s worked out of the future valuation of the car.

I proceeded to provide details of a car and explained I was not necessarily going ahead with the car, I just wanted an indication of monthly payments. Ian read my message, but didn’t provide the courtesy of a reply.

I messaged him again a few days later and explained I had secured a good rate through my bank and asked that he remove my personal details from his records (GDPR erasure request) he read it, but at the time of writing has not replied.

Overall whilst my initial experiences with Ian at Capital Car Finance Ltd was good, subsequent communications have been disappointing, hence my review.

Update, since writing this review I have updated my experience to 3 stars. This is due to the professionalism and response from Tom, who addressed my dissatisfaction and following Ian’s lack of a response to my messages. Thanks again Tom, much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Capital Car Finance enough.
Christopher Loynton sales manager at Capital Finance helped me through the process of buying a new car for my wife.
He was very patient, quoting me every single car in the world, and answered all the questions.
Got a very low Apr at 8.9 compared to 12.9 with what the dealer had available.
Process was very easy , I could say unexpectedly easy, only filled up the form and that was pretty much it.
He dealt with transferring all the funds.
I could say I’ve spent less time at home approx 10 minutes doing all my finance instead that staying in the dealership for hours.
Once again I want to thanks to Chris for his professionalism in the business, not many people like him as most of them are rushing you up , I’m saying this because I used third party finance companies in the past.
So if you guys are in need of a good finance specialist don’t hesitate to contact Chris at Capital Finance.
I will definitely use him on my next future car acquisitions.

After being offered 18.9% APR through a dealer I came across Capital Car Finance. Added my details onto the website and within an hour had a WhatsApp message from CCF. I can understand some people are against messaging, however I personally loved this, especially since I work 9-5.

My advisor was Tom Pattinson who I can't express enough how helpful and genuine he was. Responding to my messages immediately, and even out of hours. He found me a deal with the same lender that a dealership offered me 18.9%, and managed to get me 12.9%

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely flawless and I can't commend this company enough. I know for a fact I will be using them again for future car financing!

I found Capital Car Finance online and got a quote via their calculator. I have been quoted 11.9%APR by the main dealer, but they managed to get me 7.9%APR through a main lender, genuinely saved me £50 a month. What I also liked was the fact they helped me all the way through the process, looking at cars, keeping the dealer up to date, paying the funds when it suited me to go and get the car. Will definitely use them again.

Captial car finance arranged competitive finance on a car for me. On day 2 several warning lights appeared and the dealer refused to engage rejecting all my consumer rights. Alex Cama and the team were exceptional. Supporting me through the whole process with the finance company and the rogue dealer. Eventually coming to a full resolution and return of the car & cancellation of the agreement. FULLY RECOMMENDED and i will be using you again ... this time with not such a pirate of a dealership.

Unfortunately capital car finance set me up with a bank that I’ve had nothing but issues with (Paragon bank).
The car I purchased with the finance was faulty, and even after a financial ombudsman decision to wrap up the agreement and repay me back my deposit the bank continue to ignore this and I don’t have the monies back nor do I have the car. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for a deposit on another just to have a vehicle.
Although not due to the broker directly I really think it reflects poorly on them if they continue to bring custom and charge brokerage fees for setting up customers with banks that don’t even abide by ombudsman decisions.
Don’t use them… money saving expert says cheapest way to finance a car is with a personal loan. You can get quotes for that through compare the market or other such sites. If I’d had a personal loan it potentially would have been easier to progress a resolution with the faulty car simply through the retailer or a section 75 with deposit paid on credit card. (This is what I’ve done on my new car).
Absolute nightmare avoid avoid and get a personal loan instead if you can.

We have used Capital Car Finance twice now and dealt directly with Alex. His customer service has been exceptional both times. Fantastic experience.

Tom at Capital was fantastic from start to finish, he even responded to my emails in the evening when that wasn’t expected. He answered the phone fast, called me back when promised and simply put delivered a first class service. Great communication at all times and a really competitive deal made this a no brainer for me. I don’t think I will ever look anywhere else again for car finance. 10 out of 10!

Used CCF for a PCP finance deal on a new car. Had shopped around for the best rates and CCF were the best quoted rates I found. Tom's personal approach was great and he was extremely responsive via email and text throughout the process. He was also happy to answer questions to support with meeting some tight turnarounds I had requested, and was able to provide guidance on finance options I hadn't previously considered. This personal, professional and honest approach was brilliant and made the process easy and relatively stress free. Picked the car up yesterday and even the dealer said it was rare to have a broker so responsive to actions which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend CCF and Tom to anyone who is looking for car finance, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Steer clear of this cowboy firm garage. Damaged my car while servicing it and then ignoring emails with photos of damage they caused. Not willing to repair the damage they caused
