Jacob Furniss is the man who got me the offer from Natwest in just 3 weeks, he does everything for you, he deals with all lender, agency and solicitors for you. He does more than he is supposed to do. He was always reachable even in the evenings or during the weekend. He is an absolute legend! I will always work with him! Capricorn FC and my advisor - Tianna Ma - were both recommended to me by name when I asked my Estate agent to recommend an efficient financial service to support a house purchase. I had been quoted mortgage interest rates over 6% on a first look through available advisors, but thought I should be able to find something closer to 4% (Feb 2024). Tianna Ma was indeed super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and always there for me by email or phone. She gave great advice and got me low cost options with a formal mortgage offer secured very quickly. I then had a set-back, with a second source of funding that did not come through as expected while I was being pressured to exchange ahead of the agreed time. Tianna was really supportive, reassuring and gave excellent advice with multiple options provided and fully costed out within hours/days. So kind, calm and reassuring! Having bought a wonderful house at a great fixed mortgage rate, I can't thank Tianna and Capricorn enough for helping me get there, and can highly recommend their services.
