Placed an order 26th Jan still no reply as to where my order is or when I can expect it but after reading the other reviews on here I doubt I’m getting my order! Contacting my bank regarding the matter 😡
If I could give no stars I would. They've taken my money and not sent the card that I ordered. They totally ignore your emails. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas however, I'm quite clearly not going to receive it in time.
I wish I'd read other reviews before ordering.
I would recommend that EVERYONE on here that has paid for an item but hasn't received it and had all of their messages totally ignored to contact their bank to raise a dispute against cardsMCR and get a "reverse transaction" to get a refund. Bank will want evidence if you can provide it as in your "ignored Emails" to them and the date and amount of the transaction. Totally worth doing as cardsMCR should NOT get away with treating their customers like this,
Item paid for on 26th Oct 2024 still not received my item and it's now 12th Dec 2024. They totally ignore my messages and demands for updates and my demand for a full refund. Sorting it with my bank to arrange a "reverse transaction" to get my money back and have contacted "consumer rights" due to their treatment of me, which breaks my consumer rights. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, they are a TOTAL CON.I didn't even want to give them 1 star as well.
I ordered my item mid October and have still not received anything. Messaged the company several times with no reply. Bad customer service would not recommend using this company
Order placed 18 October 24,received confirmation email of order, as of the 28th October still nothing, just like responses to the 2 emails I have sent asking for updates.
Ordered on 9/10/24 with Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Still hasnt arrived and have tried contacting the company twice and no answer!
Placed an order with this company on 14-March-24 and still haven't received it. I have both emailed and used Contact Us on their website several times in relation to my order and yet to receive a response. They don't give a phone number either. Would not use them again.
