the worst company ever.. they simply take your money they don't send a confirmation email with your products they don't respond to emails and they never return money... and the worst u pay them and they don't send tje products u payed for.. don't make a mistake and pay them cause tje gonna rip u off!!!!!!
Just sent this email. Carethy is not giving me my money back. I placed the order on Feb and they were not having the items in stock. As I have a health condition, I must follow a treatment and I ordered from a different company, now I I finished the treatment and I still without the REFUND FROM CARETHY.

Have ordered from them more than 2months ago once and never again. I have never wrote an review based on site or product before - but people, don’t buy from them if you want to keep your money to yourself.
Got confirmation from them that order has been placed. after a month - nothing. after 2times of trying to reach them out regarding it, they just cancelled my order but i have never received money back. Wrote couple of mails - no response.
Still trying to get in touch with them.
