Excellent Work Boots

It’s currently very difficult to find quality minimalist work boots that check all the boxes and I am finally satisfied with finding these.

Great boots, fast delivery, and awesome customer service

Only company I’ve seen as far as footwear to listen to the consumer and try to continue to upgrade their product. The boots has been everything they have promised to be.

I bought a pair of their determination 2.2 work boots, and they are fantastic! I’ve never had a pair of work boots that were wide enough to accommodate my stupidly wide feet before. It only took a couple weeks to break the boots in, and now they are more comfortable than my regular shoes!

Carets has been nothing but outstanding in my experience. I have ordered four pairs of shoes / boots from their outlet store as the prices are definitely high, but your paying for top tier high quality items. Since owning my pairs of shoes and boots from Carets I have worn them for work and personal use multiple times and had no issues. The shoes / boots are very comfortable and exactly what a minimalist barefoot dress shoe / boot should be. For all that do not know, their outlet store are used boots / shoes that have been returned and restored to almost perfect condition. One of the pairs of shoes I got did have a sticky adhesive on the inside of the shoe from a previous customer using what appeared to be a heel grip. Due to this, it rendered the shoe almost unwearable without getting the sticky adhesive on my socks. I notified Carets of this issue and they immediately remediated the problem and the customer service was 5/5 stars. I highly recomend Carets for anyone looking for the highest quality barefoot dress shoes or boots!

Initially had a challenge due to courier issues. Today I have 3 pairs and I can tell you these are by far the best pair of shoes I’ve ever invested in. I highly highly recommended these shoes

I loved the look of the shoes. Paid for expedited shipping. After multiple follow-ups and request to cancel the order, I get an email saying order is shipped. Ironically, I have not got the shipment and tracking link provided does not work at all.

Not sure if I can trust this brand

I'm actually pretty impressed by the "Zetone Plain toe Oxfords".
After a lot of trials (and errors...) finding a barefoot dress shoe, I saw Carets on I think it was Instagram and thought "why not give it a try".
The shoe that I bought appears to be sold out, but customer service handeld it well.

Of course they are a bit longer than "normal" dress shoes, which makes them a bit "clown" shoes, but its actually ok. They look pretty nice and I wear them comfortable without the feeling of being a clown.
Its a shame I cannot add a picture of the shoes during an event, so that you can see how they look. That being said, with an Italian snit, they might look a little bit bigger.

Only downside is the height. They seem to be a bit higher around the ankle, I added a cork sole and that seems to do the trick. Could dance on it the whole evening no problem.

Shipping was really fast, sizing was as with every barefoot shoe. I wear different brands (ayala, Vivo, Atalantis handmade) and its all the same size.

All in all I would recommend them.
I've bought used once or whatever, from the outlet. No visible wear or damage of any kind, perfectly good shoes for almost half the price.

Their sizes on their EU site are wrong, and they refuse to fix that even after being prompted. That's completely inacceptable for a mail order company. They won't even tell that those are converted sizes. They can't grasp the concept of size conversion between US and Euro sizes, since the size increments differ between the systems, which is appearantly behind their abilities to deal with. This places great concerns about the rest of the process, considering how easy that is.

In addition, they redirect you automatically to the EU site if you are located there, with no option to stay on their main site. That means that people in the EU can't reach all of their information. (At least before they did this, you could reach their main site, and see things like upcoming models.) This would also be a problem in other cases, such as if you live in the USA, but want to place the order while you're travelling.
