Ich habe einen Antennen Stab bestellt zum besten Preis, den ich finden konnte. Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und die Lieferung schnell. Verpackung sehr gut.

Bestellung, Lieferung, Lieferzeit und Preis aus meiner Sicht sehr gut und unkompliziert. Da ich versehntlich einmal die falschen Lautsprecher bestellt hatte, kann ich auch den Rücksende-Prozess bewerten - auch das klappte einwandfrei.

On Wednesday morning, June 3, I ordered a Dynavin HVAC relocation console; it was listed as in stock on the website with a 1- to 3-day delivery time. On June 9, I emailed to ask where the package was; according to the representative, there had been an error on the website and the part was not in stock. It was supposed to be shipped that same day if everything went smoothly. It was finally shipped the following evening; it is now June 12, and the delivery time is still being calculated by B-Post. Since it is now Friday, if I’m lucky, it will be delivered on Monday, June 15, at the earliest—or later. The reason I ordered it through Carfeature was because it was available for immediate delivery—we’re taking a long road trip this weekend, and I wanted to install my 2DIN radio. Unfortunately, that plan has fallen through. In hindsight, I should have ordered it directly from Dynavin; it would have arrived sooner. It’s quite disappointing, hence my negative experience.

A big hit or miss.
1st time i ordered a subwoofer, they sent the wrong one...or well they had the wrong info on their page. Took a while to get here aswell. They apologise and give me a return label. It happens, no worries. Later on i decide to order a different subwoofer, a bit more expensive (went from a normal swap to a full upgrade with an additional amp). I send the order, pay via paypal and get a tracking number the next day...which never did anything, contacted them a week later, they claimed stock issue and it'll only be a week more...2 weeks later i finally get a proper tracking number and the package is on the way.
3rd time's the charm right? Sadly no, ordered a wiring kit + bass knob on their site, regardless of bad experience before. This one's on me...after 6 days i ask them why, yet again, has the package not been sent...they again claim stock issue on the knob and that it'll arrive late august...so i ask to only be sent the wiring kit and a small discount for all the hassle...not even that, they just give a full refund.
Maybe i'm an outlier, i'm also naive to order 3 times knowing the issues, but they had good prices and all the things in stock, allegedly. Maybe if you're from Germany you'll have more luck, but for me, this wasn't a fun experience, since i had to cancel the audio installer twice due to these issues and reorder the kit and knob from somewhere else.

Der von mir bestellte Lautsprecher war leider nicht mehr lieferbar, was online leider nicht einsehbar war, doch die Mitarbeiter und auch der Chef haben sich mit aller Mühe gekümmert um das Problem zu lösen. Doch am Besten ist der Techniker, der mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und umgehend einen adäquaten Ersatz auftrieb....und preislich ist mir das Team auch noch entgegengekommen. Ich kann nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen und würde auch 6 Sterne geben, LG M.S

Ich wurde auch in einer komplizierten Situation nicht im Stich gelassen, es gab Probleme mit einem Zulieferer.

Ordered an subwoofer from this Company. Tracking data was sent for me as the next day, but the delivery took longer than supposed. In any case that was not the sellers fault, but there were some strikes going on with the courier company.

Overall. Item was what it should have been and the sellers communication were ok.

Ich habe ein Autoradio über das Internet bestellt.
Die Bestellung lief unkompliziert, und die Lieferung erfolgte schnell.

Nachdem mein Autoradio in meinem Caddy defekt war, wollte ich wieder eines, bei dem man zwei iphones (geschäftlich und privat)koppeln kann. Im Internet hatte ich mich schlau gemacht und mich, nach einer langen Chat-Beratung, für ein SONY entschieden. Der günstigste Anbieter war Autoshop Irl GmbH / Carfeature.de. Es war wohl Glück, dass man mir mitteilte, dass Gerät sei nicht lieferbar. Ich bat mir einen Ersatz anzubieten und dabei stellte sich heraus, dass das von SONY selber vorgeschlagene Gerät, gar ncht meine Bedürfnisse abdeckte. Mein Ansprechpartner nahm sich dann die Zeit, eine Alternative zu suchen und probierte die Geräte sogar aus! Und als es Probleme beim Einbau gab, half mein Ansprechpartner Herr Bachmeier, sogar per Mail. Wo gibt es noch so einen Service, so eine Beratung? Nirgends. Die Großmärkte bieten gar keine Autoradios mehr an. Bei den Herstellern muss man sich über einen Chat informieren und, wie sich bei SONY zeigte, bekommt man Fehlinformationen. - Deshalb möchte ich Autoshop Irl/carfeature.de die fünf Sterne geben (leider kann man nur 5 vergeben)und kann (und werde ich) wirklich jedem diese Firma empfehlen. - An dieser Stelle meinen herzlichen Dank!
