They behave unprofessional the way they spoke to me.Also when i booked the car in for a check i told them before that its an electric and what i thought the fault is and also i want it to be fixed.After they looked at it,the mechanic takes me on a ride with him to show him the exact symptoms as they couldn’t find what’s wrong with him.After i showed him and told him that i think there could be a problem with the bearing in the front differential thats inside the motor he kinda agreed with me.When i get back into the garage he tells to the front desk exactly what i told him and i was charger 100£ for this…i said fine but how much to fix it?The guy said oh we aren’t qualified to fix electric but we can change the whole engine…So waste of money and time.

🛑🛑🛑SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR THEN CALL POLICE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO FIX IT.

My experience with CarFixGarage was extremely disappointing.

I entrusted my car to the garage expecting professional repairs and honest advice. After collecting the vehicle, I noticed issues that were not present beforehand, including damage that I believe occurred while the car was in their care. I raised these concerns with Aziz, who was involved in handling my vehicle, but I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated.

The wheel alignment was particularly poor after the work was completed. The car did not drive correctly, and the alignment appeared significantly worse than expected following professional repair work. When I brought this to the garage’s attention, I was disappointed that they declined to rectify the issue or take responsibility for the problems I reported.

I was also unhappy with the diagnostic information I was given. In my view, the diagnostics did not accurately identify the underlying issues with my vehicle, and I ended up paying for work that now has put me in a position to spend more to fix my car.

Service desk staff very professional and helpful but feel like they made up some things that needed to be fixed to pass MOT which were not problematic before ..
