Took my money for an item they didn’t have, nor could they get it.

Despite asking for a refund for 2 weeks, nothing received and completely ignoring me.

Only pay them what you are willing to lose.

I bought 2 pieeces of filler pipes for Toyota Yaris 2 on Januray 20th,and my e-mail address is blocked,they dont answer the phone here

Lack of structure and sales support. With these assumptions, it is easy to imagine a total absence of after-sales customer support.
The site is a nice showcase of well-presented products, but there is no indication of availability or supply times.
After placing the order, they automatically send an email summarising the order and recommending not to make the payment until the delivery date is communicated. After days of waiting and reminders, they have not replied. What is the point of displaying products in their e-commerce if they cannot procure them? More importantly, what good is a nice e-commerce site without dedicated staff?

Ordered a part with them got the confirmation email and then that’s it no other updates even tried using the chat and never anyone available and no emails back from them. All I want to know is when I’ll be getting my order

I’ve been trying to request a refund since last week Thursday I received an email 24-48hours after purchasing one part for my car I’ve been waiting I tried to email them everyday since Thursday and haven’t not had an email back to receive my refund since they didn’t have the part they told me if I wanted to I could wait 90-120 days. Worse company ever don’t do business with them they are a scam.
This is what I received the day after buying the product on 12/18

I got positive experience with this company.
Found them on ih8mud forum in topic about Prado rocker panels for GX460.
So ordered parts from that list (rocker panels + hardware).
From order to shipment: 7 days
From shipment to delivery: 4 days (from Dubai to west coast USA, I'm impressed).
Parts were well packaged.
They were pretty responsive on Whatsapp and e-mail.
So can recommend them.

I have done several orders for Toyota parts from them and its been a great experience. You need to be patient as some parts take some time to manufacture, but they provide updates and tracking info once things are ready. I would highly recommend.

One star is too much. I made order 6 weeks ago. Money has left my account, no confirmation, emails do not get through, they do not answer phone.

I am a regular customer, but was not completely satisfied with the packaging. I provided packing instructions for the next order. This has been followed up perfectly.

I ordered parts and got an instant answer of the estimated delivery time (70-90 days since the part needs to be produced in Japan). I knew that it will take some time in advance so i agreed since the price was way better than in my country.
They responded to my question for a status update within 2 days and after 3 months the parts arrived as ordered. There were additional fees afterwards but I also knew this in advance because they are basically taxes in my country so there were no surprises.
Would order again!

They had the parts I needed at a very competitive price. Communication and response time was also fantastic. Highly recommended!
