Carnoisseur Opiniões

Definitely not a custom fit had to leave a large gap at top so it would line up with the ridges on the bumper.
Looks good when boot lid down, but gap very noticeable when open.
Cost a lot for what it is so wouldn’t recommend it!

Kit arrived in good time, and was complete. The guide bar for the wheel alignment is a nice/helpful feature.
Wheel bag was damaged on receipt, but was replaced with no hassle.
have tested the fitting using the supplied jack, the ratchet handle to raise /lower the jack, again a helpful feature.
Have not used in anger, but am confident all will be good.

Extremely satisfying when you can have full trust in the process of ordering a space saver kit that will work and fit in the boot space. All my questions were answered promptly and given the advice to check that all worked out perfectly. I can fully recommend Carnoisseur for all your vehicle needs their service and competitive pricing is excellent.

What amazing service, I called and spoke to Patrick on the Thursday he selected the correct tyres for our new Mini’s, we placed our order and our two space saver wheels arrived on Friday morning. Great service thank you.

good price for the items I bought , good communication and a very good delivery service

Thanks .... I liked the web-site and the person I spoke to on the 'help-desk' to answer a question... very good

Materials arrived in good order , courier provided good communications .... only gripe
It was pricy .... I know I paid for the convenience of it all being together ...but still a bit heavy

Looks a very good product. Answered my question prior to ordering & arrived quickly.

Needed some custom harnesses made and shipped to Norway. Carnoisseur made everything easy and the reply time (Thanks Neville!) was almost instant and always positive. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone who asks.

Super attention to detail and fab communication.

Good products, great service, fast and hassle-free delivery

Great service and advice

This is a great company to deal with, I have only used them for car mats and the road hero tyre sets x 2 which is a god send with cars coming with no spare wheel nowadays. They are honest and do not try to sell you stuff you do no need for example I asked via email do I need to buy the complete road hero kit for my new car and they tell you exactly what you need and discount you for what you don't. Also this was answered via email after 9pm. Goods turn up well packaged and on time.Five star company.

Brilliant service, old fashioned values.

Great firm with really personal service. Excellent communication to sort out my order. Replied when they said they would and even responded out of hours when the delivery when adrift

Rang the company up has had heard of different bad reviews from other company’s they were very polite and efficient service

Item ordered and delivered only for to me to find out much later that I hadn't ordered exactly what I needed. Even though it was past the standard return time they kindly took the item back with a full refund and supplied exactly what I needed and shipped out promptly.
Very pleased with the service.

Absolutely fantastic Company to deal with, and I can easily understand how they have such good feedback. From initial enquiry to delivery, I dealt with Patrick who, it turns out, is the MD (and occasional tea boy) of the Company. All questions were answered speedily and in plain English. The item was very quickly dispatched and communication throughout was excellent. Delivery was as stated, the quality is superb, and really good value. There was a problem with a missing bit, but that was very quickly resolved and sent out to me. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough, and wish them all the very best in the future. Thank you, Patrick, you're a star!

Fantastic 2026 Jaecoo7 AWD bumper protector. Excellent quality, service, price but most importantly it fits perfectly and was easy to fit too.

We bought a new car with no spare wheel. After buying a spear wheel it rattled round in the well. So we needed a bolt to secure.
It was fantastic to find this company that supply what we needed.
I was able to ring the company and talk to a real person. My order was dispatched and we received it within 2 working days.

Easy to order, delivery was quick, contents seem to be as described. For some reason, the delivery was split in two, with confusing messages from the courier, telling me package was delayed, and would be delivered tomorrow, but the bagged content was delivered as expected and the wheel the day after, suspect this is more of a courier issue than the supplier, hence not marking down. For those that want the Road Hero Spacesaver for EV3, its not quite a perfect fit in the wheel well, but removing a small part of the rearmost plastic trim for the boot floor rest, sorted it out.
