On June 5, we sat down with sales representative Diana Price who helped us select flooring for our kitchen and bathroom. After that, estimator Aaron McCuaig came to our home to take measurements. From Aug 3-6, awesome installer Jeremy Hockin came and did the job. Diana followed up with a phone call to see if we're happy......we are! For us, the process was smooth and the result fantastic! We would HIGHLY recommend the store and staff, especially the people mentioned above. Cheers to a wonderful experience.

Recently had hardwood flooring replaced by your company after a dishwasher leak. (The dining & living area plus a bedroom and the stairwell needed to be replaced). We could not be any happier with the guidance from especially Andrew, Jyri and Andy. Their knowledge, craftmanship, clean-up and of course their personalities during the whole process was truly comforting for us. Awesome Work!

Amazing service! Carl was excellent. He did an amazing job on the carpet going upstairs and likewise doing the lino going to our third level. Diana was excellent as well with all her tips.

We just built a house and dealt with several staff members from Carpet One. We found their services and quality of work outstanding. In particular, Cindy, who was a tremendous help in picking our colors and scheme. She has a great eye and could share in our vision. The other staff member who was also outstanding was Joe, the tile installer. He is so precise, meticulous and professional. We're so glad our builder worked with Carpet One. All the staff were great.

How much patience do I need? As of today 12 July 2018 I have been waiting for someone to come to my home and fix a problem with the transitional threshold on my new LVP flooring.. I have been told by someone from Carpet One that someone would come in a day or two to take care of the problem....I have been told this more than once but so far no-one has even phoned to set an appointment for this ten minute job..and now I see the end of the third week is looming.....and well well well and well well well well.......Hilda Burton.. We have worked with Carpet One for as long as I can remember. Angela Orr Felts is amazing she works with all of our customers to make sure that they get the vision that they are trying to achieve on their new home. She helps to take the stress out of decision making, she works with us and the new homeowner which makes our job so much easier. We also get her to do all of our interior decorating on our Colbray Home show homes. Carpet One and Angela are highly recommended!

No problems, great, knowledgeable staff, top quality products. Don't buy crap from the big box stores that you will replace in 5 yrs. Buy quality from here, buy once.

I found Maret extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the tile selection process. The installer Thomas was excellent as well. The only reason I am giving four and not five stars is because the tile I picked out took several weeks to arrive, there were some hiccups with the materials being on backorder.

Honest and realistic in all facets of the process. Didn't try to sell us anything we don't want or need, and were very sincere in some of the potential set backs. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Our experience has been most satisfactory as usual. Work was done as scheduled. We have had very favourable comments from other persons.

Everything was great up until the install. Installer was over an hour late. Did not bring carpet with him. Had to leave to go get it. Took 5 hours for small landing and stairs. Was originally told this was a small job and would be quick. Installer would not install transitions for doorways as sales person said they would.

The installer and his assistant were very efficient and courteous. They were very helpful and did not object to me helping by picking up garbage etc. I was more than happy to do so. I would recommend them to my family and friends. The Carpet One staff in the store was also very courteous and helpful. I would purchase from them again.

There was an issue with scheduling but it was rectified promptly. Very happy with the carpet and the installation. Ryan our installer was really good.

The tile ended up being half the depth of the existing that it butts up against and it looks nothing like the colour I picked out. The installer didn't leave holes for the nozzle plate to be screwed on so I had to use a lot of silicone and I'm hoping that will hold it
