Experience in Andover store when ordering was good. Person was helpful and we received an installation date we wanted. However, from that point, it went downhill.

The person who measured up got one of the rooms wrong. This meant we were left without a carpet in our lounge just before Christmas. They arranged for it to be sorted a week later but the fitter then had to rearrange that. It was eventually fitted

We also had bathroom vinyl laid plus the hallway and stairs done.

The hallway had a unsightly join. The stairs had a cut away piece which was glued on but came away when we hoovered it. The bathroom vinyl had a cut in it which the fitter tried to hide. The lounge had a ripple in it plus they did not level a step so we were left with a dip in the floor.

To put this right took huge effort on our part. A visit from the store manager where he agreed it was unacceptable and eventually, after chasing, most areas were put right.

However, we had to pay ourselves for the step to be levelled. And the hall carpet now had 2 joins where the fitter has tried to get away with it again.

We now cannot be bothered to keep on at a brand that obviously has no care for its customers once you have handed over your money.

Avoid at all costs.

Nice carpet and good fitting, but it was delayed as the carpet was delivered to the wrong store!
