The lady was on her own , she was so helpful she cut folded helped carry the carpets out to my car and helped put them in. Fantastic as I have arthritis and mobility problems.

Great service, we bought carpets not that long ago and they are fantastic, we went back for a carpet for the last room to be done and the guy was brilliant, nothing too much trouble and quick delivery, great price and service was just brilliant. The guys that fit the carpets are brilliant also, respectful and again nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend every time.

Tara, who helped us choose all our flooring for our home was so helpful. She let myself and my wife have time alone while she kept our children occupied so we could choose our bedroom flooring and then helped our kids make there own minds up about there flooring.
She walked us through and helped us make choices about what would be better for each room of the house and how it would look in the rooms.
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience

There was no good experience. It was a total disaster and shambles. Absolute failure to deliver as agreed and a lesson learn not to deal with this retailer.
Shameful and confounded by obfuscation .

I Found the 2 woman working in the berwick store on Monday were very friendly and helpful.

Well looked after. Been in the shop a few times and never had any issues. Had a lovely lady seen served us every time been in.

Dreadful. I have been treated in a disgusting manner. This is the second time, by a different store in a completely different area. What are the chances of that. If this is not the way they usually treat their customers. I called in the store on 21.6.2024. I explained that I needed the job doing quickly. After a long time trying to choose a product, I was assured the product was in stock and could be fitted quickly.
Carpetright also arranged fitting for me. I was given a date of 4.7.2024. I had several emails from them reminding me the fitting date would be 4.7.2024, the last one was on 3.7.24. So on 4.7.24 I waited in all day from 8 am to 6 pm. No one called or texted. I called the store on the number they gave me. 15 times throughout the day, they did not answer the phone. I mentioned to the man that served me about my previous experience with Carpetright. That no one turned up to do the job and no one contacted me to say why or even SORRY. They had my money but had no idea the job hadn't been done. How can that happen twice to the same person???

The young lady was very helpful, knowledgeful and happy.

On the due date of fitting we were telephoned at the exact time the fitters should have been coming to be told that the carpets HAD NOT arrived. This was after we had emptied the relevant rooms of furniture, books and ornaments which had taken hours. Later we were told that it could be 4-5 weeks before the carpet MIGHT be delivered. There was so much stringing along before getting our money back. We were told 'could be', or 'might be', delivered 'sooner' which was not good enough. We do not blame the sales lady who was trying her best to keep the order, just the system.

Pleasant and helpful - clear information about delivery timing etc. Only slight negative was that the assistants printer wasn't working to print confirmation of order, but received an Email was received.

I’m still waiting to have a refund after many promises

He explained all of the different types of carpets and underlay and helped us pick the best one.

Taz our Sales advisor was helpful, friendly and very professional. She explained all aspects of our quote in detail making our visit a very pleasant experience. She’s a model of what a sales advisor should be - 10/10
