I've been emailining CarpetRight for a…
I've been emailining CarpetRight for a year now trying to get our issue resolved. They have next to none customer service and they don't follow up with anything despite saying they are going to look into it. Just hope that everything goes ok with the job if you use them as they have no follow up support.

Unfortunately a huge delay would have affected our fitting date which for several personal reasons could not be moved forward.
Anna at the Cambridge store helped us to find a suitable alternative and made sure we left the store happy and satisfied

Overcharged and made to pay £50 for cash delivery when we were told delivery was £29.99 this is stated on website,store and customer service abomination,don't ever buy from this company.

Helpful, friendly, no pressures, would definitely recommend.
The branch were going through some very difficult times with the IT system unavailable but made sure it had as little impact as possible to my experience as a customer. Everyone was extremely helpful, lots of advice, going above and beyond. Dan and Jimmy especially. Thank you.
