Beware! They will take a deposit if you make an order - this is before the surbeyor visits. After the visit the estimate almost doubled. We had to cancel, but now I'm chasing them on a daily basis for a refund.

Nothing right had to wait 5wk for my order to complete every time I had to ring or go to store to find about my order
If they don’t have in stock why do they take order

Nice clean shop, lots of beige carpets, just wanted a bedroom rug, not a huge selection but found one on display, they just used an old plastic sheet to wrap it as they didn’t have a proper cover and it wasn’t properly wrapped just held together with sell tape. The staff were friendly.

All the staff were extremely helpful and generous with their time making us feel welcome and valued with our best interest at heart. Special mention for Dallian!

At each stage of the purchase she has helped with ensuring the carpets are suitable for the intended use and also that the supply and fitting is done in good time. She looked into ways to ensure the service is efficient and is super reliable in calling back. I wholly recommend the service in this store.

Thank you Carpetright for doing an excellent job with my vinyl flooring. No fuss at any stage. Whole process from ordering in the showroom to completed job took about 2 weeks.

I arranged delivery and fitting of the high-end carpet I had ordered for the 6th March. On the 5th March I received an E-mail from the sales assistant's colleague apologising and saying the carpet would not be delivered until the week commencing the 18th March. She stated her colleague should have kept me updated. This was inconvenient as I had already moved the furniture from my bedroom, where the new carpet was to be laid, to the living room.
As part of the fitting service, I had asked that the fitter shorten the bedroom door. Once he had laid the carpet I had to remind him of this. Once he had left, I checked the door and it had not been shortened enough and dragged against the new carpet. He agreed to come back a few days later but did not show up. I arranged two further appointments with Carpetright to shorten the door and on the second attempt the fitter showed up and shortened the door.
I was so pleased the last time I bought a carpet from Carpetright that I did not shop around this time. I certainly will in future.
