Excellent customer service from start to finish very helpful

My mum had lino delivered and laid today by Mr Man Singh and his nephew who work for Ealing common branch. They were courteous, professional and tidy. Highly recommend.

It is not the first time I have bought carpet from this store. Very friendly and informative staff.

Excellent service from ordering to fitting . Agreed the order - got a discount as sale time. Carpet fitted on the agreed date & time. Fitters did an excellent job - very professional & cleaned up after them. We’re very happy with the work.

We had a great experience at the store from start to finish, Ismael was very helpful and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Overall a great customer service.

The service in store was good however the fitters and confirmed date was very poor. Fitters did not turn up on the scheduled day, only one of the vinyls ordered was in stock, despite on ordering was available. Second fitting was disgraceful, shoddy. So disappointed tried contacting the store at Ealing Common and left a message for someone to call me back, still waiting.

Proactive store manager Wesley helped talk through best options and deals available, including anything on discount in the warehouse - good to work with and happy with the price we received

I can't speak for of all branches of Carpetright but Ealing Common branch that I dealt with, I would strongly recommend to avoid like a plague, Aiman is a consultant incompetent, in experienced, and overlooked by his manager Wesley is a store manager, this individual on the other had is simply not fit for the role of manager. They way he is handled this case from the beginning is much to detriment of Carpetright as company. I paid for my bedroom carpet on the 9.11.2023 and am still without carpet in my apartment, I was promised to have put it in on the 13.11.2023 when filters came out and found that carpet was damaged. Had to go back into the store and actually order another carpet, upon arrival some time later was told that carpet was too short. Causing disruption to family moving in and build completion date, not to mention mental stress and strain with other family members. Today is 10.01.2024 we are still without a carpet and non wiser as to when we are going have ours fitted. We have contacted Trading Standards they seem to be very helpful.

Speedy service and great advice

Wesley at Carpetright Ealing was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and helped get our order sorted as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend this store and himself.
He also used a fitter called Hamid who was quick, professional and punctual. Great job and all done on time and as promised.

They fitted the carpet and the laminate floor, we had a little issue promptly sorted!

Following my last review I was called by someone else claiming to be the Ealing Common Manager.

He offered compensation for my issue on the condition that I removed my negative review. I told him I would not remove my review first as I do not trust that the right thing would be done following all the prior broken promises. He responded 'How can we trust you though'

He said he couldn't process a refund over the phone and would call me back. He did not.

He emailed me days later to the same effect, saying he would talk to a local store manager to get this all sorted. This was on the 24th of November.

Ghosted again. Absolute joke.

God experience ordering with Carpetright. The manager was very helpful. We had issues with availability of stock, which he helped us navigate and ultimately get a great carpet for the price we wanted.
