We recently bought carpets for our house from Carpetright in Feltham. Both Shehzad and Mona in the store were helpful, friendly and professional.

They explained the pros and cons of buying different carpets and underlays to us. Thanks to them both for their help. We would definitely recommend them and the service they provided.

Speedy turnaround, visted the Feltham store on Monday and managed to have my carpet fitted Thursday.

Gemma at Feltham store was excellent. Recognized me and my name straight away even though I visited the store after one year. She was very attentive and was able to fulfil my requirement to my satisfaction.

I went to the Feltham branch to get an idea of the current offers/stock and with a short turnaround time I needed to finalise the carpet and wood flooring on the day.
I was met by an exceptional sales advisor who really made the selection process easier and ensured that I made the most out of the offers in store. I was lucky that the fitters for carpet and flooring were able to do the job the following day and was very happy with their workmanship and attention to detail (especially where the wood flooring went around chimney stonework).

Disgusting service from manager in Feltham branch
Contract fitters by carpet right avoid avoid avoid no care of workmanship totally wrecked my hallway
Not equipped with correct tools
Shop ordered wrong carpet tracks
Don’t bother complaining they just pass the butt and blame on you
Never ever use this Company you will be left disappointed and out of pocket

Fitters were not careful they ruined complete paintwork which now needs totally renewing and wall pannelling all damaged

Went into store and took pictures which there was 7 pictures in total store manager only originally sent one photo to head office and told us it must have been crap paint
Totally rude and no way to speak to a customer

Told me I need to take it up with fitters and if I didn’t pay fitters he would not release my door runners which were already paid for

Eventually got fitters company number but no one answers
I have been told I need to take this further under Consumer rights 2015

Today I received a email telling me I have to take it up with fitters
I was given email once again but still had no reply

Excellent customer service from Shahzad. He was very knowledgeable and his willingness to help, made my shopping experience enjoyable. The young lady sitting at the other desk was also soo polite and professional. Very pleased with this store.
