Carpet purchase
Was welcomed right away. The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable. Room measured the next day and the carpet will be fitted within 2 weeks.

Not impressed with service
Two separate charges added totalling £60 for what looks like the same thing, didn’t notice till got home…phoned but basically told well that’s it…tough.Someone phoned for fitting date then received emails with another 2 dates.
Not impressed won’t shop there again.

Great service from Carpet Right Irvinee…
When we went to carpet right in Irvine we met a salesman who was very professional and experienced. He took the time to explain the differences between different carpets and what their uses were best for. He showed us samples of the type and colour we wanted and we bought a lounge carpet. A staff member came to house and measured the lounge and the carpet will be delivered and fitted in two weeks. All the staff were very friendly and polite. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a carpet to visit Carpet Right.

Ok for carpets
On the whole a good experience. Store staff lovely, slightly pushy but we were going to be buying anyway so went along with guy serving us.
Two guys came out to measure. One a trainee and absolutely fine. The other needs a lesson in customer service - telling me how I was way out with my measurements when it was guy who served us who did a guesstimate, then he was irritated we had no internet for him to use. Why he thought a house that was totally empty and obviously being renovate would have it connected is beyond me. Wouldn’t use his phone hotspot so I had to hook him up to mine so I could get my carpets quoted and ordered.
The fitters were fab. Phoned me when they were on their way. We left them to it and they had the whole house fitted in no time at all and phoned us to come back. Job was great, very happy with the job.
On the whole a good experience.
