A good experience
The team members were really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The only fault we had was the flooring we wanted did not come in the sizes we needed.

Just felt messed around/lied to by at…
Just felt messed around/lied to by at least two different staff at this store over carpet wait/fitting times. After spending over 2k I expected carpets/door plates to be ordered when deposit/balance made not wait 3-4 more weeks making excuses when clearly told no wait times on this Westex carpet.
Fitters left a hell of a mess everywhere, stairs/landing/living room along with nails, screws left all over new carpets that took me an hour and and half to clear up after they’d left, bit of skirting came off to which they just hammered a big nail through leaving nail sticking out that looks awful. They also don’t carry their own stuff as they asked for brush/pan, a pencil which they then walked off with, they also need to invest in a hoover and at least make the place/carpet look tidy before they leave. Only give two stars because Keenan was very helpful and patient helping me choose the right carpets which are great. Notsohappycustomer So…

First carpet for many years.
Very helpful staff who were prepared to take as much time as needed to solve any questions. Samples were obtained very quickly and the whole package was put together minimum fuss. The staff were as keen as we were to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Excellent service had same day visit and a lovely polite and friendly surveyor. Had confirmation of my order from the company almost immediately and not long after had a call to give me the date of the fitting. Highly recommend this company

Efficient and helpful
I was so impressed with the help and advice I received from carpetright. I needed some vinyl plank flooring for my kitchen. I was given lots of useful information and the process of having the room surveyed was so good- just an hour after visiting the store. Thanks

I spoke to different people on a number…
I spoke to different people on a number of visits. All were polite, helpful and knowledgeable and ready to answer my many questions and offer advice.
The gentleman who came to measure for my new carpets was also very helpful, as was Simon(I think) who placed my order. Thank you.
