Bought nipple clamps and a butterfly…
Bought nipple clamps and a butterfly vibrator most recently, clamps are ok solid heavy chain but clamps are a bit weak, the vibrator is powerfully enough but heavy on batteries, and the battery case is a bit flimsey, overall though for 20 odd bucks for the 2 am pretty satisfied especially with the delivery time and the packaging

I opened a PayPal dispute, they replied & told me there had been a problem & my order had been dispatched that day. I had a dispatch email with a tracking link so more fool me I closed my dispute & trusted them & yet again...nothing. The tracking link is still showing that Royal Mail haven’t received an item despite them saying it’s been dispatched.
I’m past caring at this point, but avoid this company like the plague.

Poor service and communication
Ordered over a week ago and delivery was meant to be 3 days ago. Provided with a tracking number that says Royal Mail don’t even have the item yet, and no response to emails I’ve sent asking for an update. Item or refund please.

I bought something at this company and three days later someone wanted to steal my money, but luckily I always block the card for online payments when I don't need it. I'm not the first person they tried to rob. My bank reported it to the POLICE
Ps. Of course, my order did not arrive "technical problems" I ask for a refund.

I placed an order with them only to be told they are having technical problems and order will not be sent out till next week,which is quite strange I thought,I placed order on Fri 11 October by Visa debit card,checked bank account on Sat morning only to find out it had been hacked,someone had been ordering taxis in London through a company called KAPTEN LONDON they are a rival to UBER,VERY STRANGE DON'T YOU THINK,ihave emailed for a full refund but will wait and see

Due to some technical issues, there was a delay in dispatching the orders in last couple of weeks. We also posted a message on our website on every page to make sure our customers see the message and are aware of the situation. As we have resolved the issue now so we are back normal and the message is removed from our website.

Scam!
Nothing showed up, tracking shows Royal Mail never received anything, very next day after placing my order someone got hold of my card details and the card got cancelled.. have read other people with the same complaint about there card after dealing with this company. Will be contacting trading standards.
