Disappointing experience
Never sign up with this company! Their support service is extremely poor. Instead of trying to give solution, they are requesting me to accept the fate and cope up with what they have. How come International payments cannot be processed when I am an international client? Why did you even sign me up in a first place? I will take my service for payment gateway somewhere, which can provide superior plans and has great service. This is horrible support from Cashfree.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Cashfree’s payment gateway services. Despite submitting all the required documents over a month ago, my account still hasn’t been activated. Throughout this period, I’ve received very little communication or meaningful support from their team, which has caused significant delays for my business.
In my personal experience, the onboarding process has been slow, frustrating, and far below what I expected from a payment gateway provider. I hope Cashfree improves their responsiveness and activation timelines, because based on what I’ve gone through, I cannot recommend them to others at this time.

This is the worst company. I have tried to get payment gateway for my website. They wont respond to mails, calls. More than 3 months gone. So frustrated i signed up with razor pay. they on boarded me in flat 15 days.
Cash free- no coordination, no interest for executives to onboard clients, pathetic account managers. Such a worst company.

First, it took 12 days to signup due to their error. Second, its been further 12 days and account is not active yet. I was told that a soft activation is given. I integrated this in my website and went live. I noticed there is visitor flow but no payments. Shocked to see they have deactivated and showing account not active to my users.
They dont understand the business and keep asking for too many things. even today its not activated. I am annoyed and going out of Cashfree

Worst Company better Phonepee or Razorpay gives fast response and activate accounts in maximum 3 days here in cashfree I have submitted all the documents before 2 months no action is taken still pending also there will be no response and if you call Manager Ractim at 9731119150 Total waste he won't response to call,Whatsapp message or mail. They proudly bluff: “We’re the first company authorized by RBI to accept international payments directly!”
Cool story.
Now imagine: someone from India says, “Hey, I want to accept international payments because my website sells only in Canada. I’ll launch in India later — margins are better abroad for now.”
First thing you’ll get?
An email from them crying: “Your website prices are not in INR!”

If I’m targeting Canada, why the hell would I price in Indian Rupees?

But no — they’ll stick to the script like true customer support robots:

Horrible Experience – Total Waste of Time
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cashfree. As a tax/GST/business consultant, I was looking to take my services online and decided to go with Cashfree as a payment gateway. Big mistake!
They took 7 full days just to get back to me, and after wasting all that time, I received an email saying they do not support my business type due to their "internal policies" – with no clear explanation and no alternative offered. If this was the case, they could have told me on day 1 instead of making me wait for a week!
Their communication is slow, unhelpful, and their attitude towards small businesses is pathetic. It’s honestly one of the worst onboarding experiences I’ve had with any service provider.
Please don’t waste your time with Cashfree – especially if you’re a consultant or service provider. There are far better and more transparent platforms out there.

Disappointed!!! Don't play i was up to about 13 pounds in my cashfree account hit another level right away went from pounds to dollars at this point which i did not understand why so went to 50 dollars. I went to try take this money and right away came up something not working. Went to do it again and then was asking me for to confirm my bank card and then asked me for photo evidence. Looks all a bit weird to me I did not send any of these information so still sitting here with money in account as can't do anything. Get away from this app it just trying to hack you and get your money. Really made me mad don't trust any money games there just robbing

Most arrogant customer care. They don't hesitate to hang up the phone when you are talking to them. Just shows their uncivilized, unculture behavior. They don't realize they are getting their salary from customers.
Disappointed with False Advertising and Misleading Claims
I had high expectations from Cashfree Payments based on their claims of offering global payment collection and multi-currency accounts. After submitting all the required documents and following up for the status, I was informed that Global Collections has been deprecated and they are not onboarding new merchants for this feature anymore.
This is extremely disappointing and feels like a case of false advertising. If the product is no longer available, why is it still being promoted on your website and marketing materials? This lack of transparency wastes valuable time and creates unnecessary frustration.
I strongly urge Cashfree Payments to update their messaging and be honest about the availability of their services. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their other products.

Ridiculous service and zero understanding by their executives
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite submitting all of my business documents (UID, PAN, GST, IEC, Udyam), the team was reluctant to process them and even questioned the legitimacy of my business, which was both frustrating and unprofessional.
The customer support is extremely poor, with little to no effort made to resolve issues. After reading several negative reviews and learning that the RBI had imposed restrictions on this company in the past, I lost all confidence in their service. As an Indian startup, I had expected better reliability and transparency. Unfortunately, they fell short in every aspect.
I have since decided to close my account and will be looking for international payment gateways that offer genuine, reliable, and professional services. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about their business.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided. Despite numerous emails, there has been no response from the team. It seems client issues are not a priority for them, and customer satisfaction is clearly not their concern.
I strongly advise against using their services.

They wasted more than 2 months of time when I applied for a payment gateway. I kept asking them to tell me straight that these are the services we offer, these are my documents, and considering this if they'll provide me a gateway to run my business. For more than two months they kept ask9ng for documents and asking me to make changes on my website. I asked them to me first if they'll provide but they said to do the changes first. After painfully following up with them on emails, making all the stupid changes they asked, they just casually said that "Oh, we just noticed that you provide PPC services to your clients", so we cannot proceed. Pathetic people don't know that we offer to set up PPc campiagns for our clients on Google, which is all legit, but they believe in wasting people's time to assert dominance. May there company fail miserably.

Worst Payment Gateway Team. You will get same bot replies to your email. They just collecting your documents, not giving any payment gateway approval. My application is pending since last 6 months. I wrote more than 25 email, but same getting same replies- wait for 24 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE. Don't go for it.
