The service is very bad and their app on smart phone doesn't work for long time .l was not able to use my money on the wallet and i have been subjected to fraud many times because there is no any kind of protection to costumers and they don't respond or take any action to complains of the costumers.finally i don't recommend any person deal with this company

تم اغلاق كارد جوي بحجة ان البطاقة لم…
تم اغلاق كارد جوي بحجة ان البطاقة لم تجهز بالطريقة الصحيحة .
ثم وبعد اسابيع جميع المواقع الذي تقبل الدفع من محفظة كاش يو توقفت عن ذلك
وعند السؤال يخبرونك انها ستعود قريباً
ومن ثم يخرجون ببطاقة جديدة عليك شراء بطاقات خارجية للدفع بها وجميع اموالك في كاش يو بدون فائدة
انه سيناريو غريب جميع من سيفكر بالأمر ولو قليلا سيقول احدى الاثنتين
اما ان كاش يو افلست وستعلن عن ذلك قريبا ام ستختفي عن الانظار
ان كان كل هذا غير صحيح نتمنى من كاش يو الخروج في بث مباشر والتكلم عن هذا الموضوع
- نتفهم ان البطاقة لاربما لازالت تحتاج بعض التعديلات والعمل
السؤال يبقى ماسبب رفض جميع المواقع لمحفظة كاش يو بعد ان كانت تقبلها ؟
ماسبب ايقافكم اي طريقة يمكنك منها استعمال رصيد كاش يو ؟
ماسبب توقف موقع Go Cardi عن استقبال الدفع بكاش يو ايضا بعدما كان الموقع الاول التابع لكم؟
ملاحظة : سأقوم بتغيير تقييمي الى 5 نجوم عند الإجابة عن تسألاتي.

Bad service
They have many technical issues that some costumes can’t wait for you to fix it, I’ve emailed them when I had problem and they were supportive, but they are not as they use to be, bad experience and I’ll never recharge it.

Scam fraud company
I advise not to do business with this company
The company is on the verge of bankruptcy
And it acquired the money of the Libyans and other country
And it suspended the majd Joy Card so that they do not finish withdrawing their balance in the wallet
The Majd Joy Plus card was issued without the ability to be charged from the wallet
Final result Customer money frozen in wallet
انصح بعدم التعامل مع هذه الشركة
الشركة علي وشك الافلاس
وقامت بالاستحواذ علي اموال الليبيين
وقامت بايقاف مجد جوي كارد كي لا يتممون من سحب رصيدهم بالمحفظة
واصدرت بطاقة مجد جوي بلس مع عدم امكانية شحنها من المحفظة
