The welcome bonus is great, but that's about it. RTP's are low and withdrawals are very slow (12h+ for withdrawals) sometimes you get no deposit spins but they simply aren't a good enough of a reason to deposit here when you have better options with max RTP and 5-10 minute payouts.

Online casinos are not like they used to be, where you could win every now and then. Now the RTP is turned way down and doesn’t let you win even occasionally.

Before, RTP (return to player) was up to around 98%. Now it’s down to nearly 90%, and no matter how many times you deposit, the chances of actually winning anything are microscopic.

This site is like all other online casinos in 2026, with ridiculously low payout percentages.
On top of that, you have to pay up to 10% in deposit fees, and I’ve heard it’s the same for withdrawals. Cant confirm as i havent withew a single time in 2025 or 2026
So for every 1000 NOK you deposit, you lose 100 NOK, and another 100 NOK on withdrawal — meaning you effectively have 800 NOK, while the casino and intermediaries have taken 20%.

This site, like most other casinos, feels completely rigged with everything that comes with it.

Today I had an issue and a misunderstanding about a bonus and I just wanted to close my account for few days and they have close it forever and they are saying that this is my responsibility to check the translator before sending them an message. Account was hacked and they couldn’t help

I made a deposit of 300$ and was awarded 150$ in bonus. I was playing the take the bank game at a bet 1.20. I got the free spins but the amount I was winning were not matching the winning of my free spins. The amount in my account were going out of wack; up and down. The amount should have only gone up as I was on free spins. I decided to contact support, please note that it is difficult to know how much money I had in my account at this time as the numbers were going all over the place and I was winning, but let’s just say 280$ when I start talking with support. Then support ask me if I was playing another game which I wasn’t as I had only deposited 30-40 minutes prior and I had only take the bank game so far. They then decided to close my account and said that they couldn’t do anything for me. That it look like I was maybe hacked and ask if I had given my password to anyone. Why would I give my gaming password to anyone. I don’t let people play on my account. Anyway they told me that I should contact the police and that they were closing my account. To me it looks like their account/site was hacked. Its not so much that I am wanting the 280$ back it’s the way that they responded to me almost saying like I did something wrong and closing my account. I had played their casino for a few years and was a vip winner. I am just trying to warn

Im using the casino Friday almost 2.5 -3 years and in general I play in casino 10 years. Yesterday and Today I had the worst experience ever.

Difficulty getting the account verified , no response back on last document requested, it's been well over a week.

I've really enjoyed playing on this platform and deposited large amounts the last couple of months. The issue is now that I go to verify my account after winning a large amount. They have made it really difficult.

I have submitted all requested documents and now on the last stage they have requested proof of ownership which I submitted. First I got a response it would be reviewed in twenty four hours. And now they're saying it could take weeks to review this last document.

I have submitted same documents on multiple different platforms and never had any of these issues.

I have emailed the loyalty department and get no response back what so ever. Very disappointed as I thought this was a honest and trustworthy platform.
