The radiators are fantastic colour perfect delivery great could do with a two man team took 3 of us to lift only disappointing thing was wall stays didn’t match even though they are inside rad you can still see them and a small tin of touch up paint to match radiators would of been a nice touch these little things make a big difference to customer satisfaction so I would rate 85% instead of 100% thankyou

Overall experience good, but ordering process frustrating. Sent in order then had to confirm order 3 times (not sure what was happening?) which meant order took a little longer than expected. Finish on one of the radiators was very rough and grainy (I have not been able to get rid of this, even after 3 coats of paint!) significantly reduces the quality impact I was looking for from a castiron radiator. Maybe someone could advise me how to smooth the surface of this radiator. The other radiator is fine, so it is not all part of the cast iron finish.

Found ordering a little complicated but thats because of the vast range and colours available
But once i called the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful which then made it easy
Our rads turned up on excatley the day they said and we were absolutely thrilled with them

Fab radiator. Excellent delivery. Would have given 5 stars if the communication was better. Our order was received with a confirmation that it would be delivered within 2/3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed I had to chase with an email for a delivery date. Everything else was fine and would buy from again.

Renovating my son,S house he had his heart set on a trad Victorian bathroom , the Parisian rad ticked all the boxes, complimented with the brushed nickel valves. Fast service and great advice it was a winner. Recommend to anyone wanting authentic style reads.A*****🤗
