My experience with Castle Green has been really positive from start to finish. While there were a few challenges along the way, with our lender, Laura was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process.

From the very beginning, Laura was approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Whenever any issues came up, she handled them quickly and professionally, always keeping me informed and reassured. Buying a home can be stressful at times, but Laura made a huge difference by being so proactive and easy to deal with.

Even when things became a bit complicated, she remained calm, helpful, and solution-focused, which made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her communication was consistently excellent.

Overall, I’m really grateful for all of Laura’s hard work and support. She went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Castle Green to others based on my experience.

Sally did a nice job explaining how we could reserve the home and plot we were interested in and the steps to customize the home and the opportunity to see that model in a nearby development.

Homes where nice lady in sales office not so helpful

Castle Green has been nothing but perfect from the start. They have been so so helpful throughout our experience. Laura in the sales centre is so helpful and kept us updated all the way through. We completed over a week ago and the site manager steve has bent over backwards for us and got our snags started right away and is so so helpful. All the snags were very minimal and are mostly cosmetic. I couldn’t recommend castle green enough.

From the first enquire to the day we moved in the sales team of Kelly and Kirsty were excellent in the way they walked us through the buying process and the options we had when planning the fitting out of the house.
Prior to moving in and on moving in the Assistant Site Manager Andy was and is excellent in his attention to detail.
He explained all the systems in the house in detail and listened and acted personalty on all of our concern’s.
We have been in the house one week now and we are extremely happy with the location, the site setup and the house itself.
The quality of the fixtures and fittings excellent. The room sizes are a lot bigger than we excepted.

I built my previous home 34 years ago and worked as a Facilities and Infrastructure’s Engineer before I retired 9 years ago and I know a good property when I see one. This for myself and wife Julie is a Very good property. 👍

Friendly, welcoming ladies. Helpful and understanding. Quality of the show homes are amazing. Decor and furnishings beautiful.

A few minor snags but overall we couldn’t be happier in our new castle green home. Thank you to everyone involved and who continue to be involved (on site team). Would definitely recommend.

Carol and Heather were very supportive throughout the process. Carol was very encouraging and guided us where we needed guidance. Overall the whole team was great and the house has been top quality so far.

We’ve recently purchased a home from Castle Green Homes on the Trevalyn Place estate in Rossett, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, the process has been completely seamless. The house itself is outstanding—finished to a very high standard—and any small snags have been dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently by Andy and the team.

Having had a poor experience with another developer in the past, we were naturally quite cautious about buying a new build again. However, this experience has completely restored our confidence. Kelly, in particular, has been absolutely exceptional—guiding us through negotiations, helping us choose the right plot to suit our timeline, and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout. She really has been out of this world.

The whole team are a real credit to Castle Green Homes, and we’re genuinely excited to spend many happy years in what we hope will be our forever home.

From visiting the sales office at Orchard Place a few times we managed to secure our Plot, the Sales representatives Bianca and Donna, really are so helpful, going above and beyond to help secure our plot.
