I ordered 2 excellent fitting rubber/latex jeans, both XL (in blue and in pewter) - custom taylored with slim leg. I wear them combined with conventional outwear in public and in office. Comments from public say that both look great and fit perfect (no word on obnoxious appearance)
Communication was top. Immediate reply is allways confirmed.
1:1 com transfer with custom tailored adjustments No delay.
Packaging and Delivery as scheduled.
I'ii do it again....

I have bought a few things from catalyst, my experience was always a very friendly customer service, great quality of clothing (love the chlorination), a decent enough order time (similar to other latex designers) and outstanding beauty of every product.

Gord and his team are absolutely awesome. His customer service is second to none and the speed of delivery, even with me being in the U.S., was exceptional. The quality of his construction and the beauty of his designs was even higher than I expected from ordering based on the website picture. I had a challenge with delivery that had nothing to do with Catalyst. They did everything right. Instead of walking away from the issue, though, Gord and his team helped make everything perfect. I will definitely find more reasons to order from Catalyst!

I have used this company for a few years now, their products fit me a treat, unlike some I have used. They are always kind and courteous, and willing to give my ideas a go. And, everything is chlorinate, unless you specify not.
My go to company, love them.

People who know how to look after customers and build good latex. Response times excellent. Answering questions excellent. Able to customise and alter.
Make time, about 4 weeks standard for made to order. Shipping ok. Quality and fit superb. The chlorination is great too, so we don't need any lube - just put it on - way so easy.
Would I buy again? Sure. 5 stars!

So long story short.
I spent hours discussing sizing and pricing with one of the Catalyst Latex employees via email.
Finally ordered through deliverycode.
Catalyst Latex made my latex.
Took them a really long time.
They sent it.
The package got damaged in the mail and the delivery address (mine) got ripped off so canada post sent it back to them.
They repackaged it and sent it back.
I received it.
All sorts of sizes to big and too small.
A custom made set.
That cost £145 ($252 Canadian).
Did not fit to the measurements I sent them.
Contacted them about it.
They agreed to alter it.
They told me to mark it as a gift to prevent them from paying customs fees on their end when it arrived.
I paid $25 Canadian to send
it back.
A few weeks later, they get it.
They send me a notice saying that I need to pay the $46 GPD ($80 canadian) for the fee or else they are sending the latex back to me, unaltered.
So now they expect me to dish out $100+ to correct THEIR mess up. Or else they're sending it back to me.

Save your money- buy from someone reputable.
