Ordered a roller for a shower door, selected the wrong item by mistake. Sam the lady in sales was fantastic in asking for a photo of the part I wanted and really going the extra mile in trying to resolve my problem

Poor service and non-existent customer care.

We ordered an Etienne Indigo bathroom vanity unit and matching lit mirror from their Elation sub-company via a local, reputable supplier, Hargreaves. This is an expensive high-end range.

1) The first vanity unit received was
a) Minus the ordered splash back
b) half of the unit was indigo and the other half grey

The wrong colour cupboard was replaced (our plumber had to go down to the warehouse to exchange and the staff were unprofessional & rude .
The missing splashback was not available and we are now informed, there will be no more.

2) The mirror received was damaged.

We returned the damaged mirror and after waiting 3 weeks for a replacement we chased up with the supplier, who in-turn chased Cavalier only to be told they have any more and wouldn't be getting any more... end-of.

We tried to call but their phone system is set-up so they do not have to deal with customers direct. We emailed in the hope that they could recommend somewhere with stock. No response or acknowledgement received.
We have now ordered the matching indigo mirrored bathroom cabinet (not really what we wanted), we were told this would be ready and delivered to the supplier yesterday morning. We are still waiting.

Would not recommend this company.

Ordered some spare parts from the website which took awhile to dispatch DPD failed to deliver and sent them back to cavalier Sam sorted it by send a new one out straight away no questions asked. Many thanks Sam

Had a nightmare to start with, I damaged a part of a cabinet during installation. Took months to get a correct replacement, being sent the wrong part twice. Would have given fewer stars if it were not for Sam who persevered throughout to eventually get the correct part to me. Thanks SAM!

Having bought a number of Niagara taps from this company, I have found the guarantee to be worthless.

Of the three sets I’ve bought, a push waste plug has completely failed and almost all the tap trim pieces have all blistered.

The taps are fine and two waste plugs are also fine.

I’ve found emailed three times and called once, no one will respond.

Very disappointed since this could of been fixed extremely easily.

I would have to recommend to steer clear of this companies products if they will not support them.

It has taken a while to get in touch but in fairness once they did, the service has been faultless.

A couple of pictures of the faulty taps and replacements are being sent out with the minimum of fuss.

Hopefully the struggle to get in contact was a one off.

A big thank you to Sam at Cavalier Bathrooms for swiftly sorting out a problem I have spent several weeks trying to resolve with our supplier. Super responsive, proactive and intelligent - did exactly as she said she would and problem sorted out promptly and efficiently.
An asset to your company and I wish I could deal with you direct on future orders!

Just prior to lockdown I bought a toilet and sink unit from B&Q, which was supplied by Cavalier Bathrooms. After I made a mistake in cutting one of the panels I contacted Customer Services at Cavalier Bathrooms to get another panel.
The service I received was excellent. After explaining what happened and the panel I needed to replace, the company supplied a panel within a few days. The panel I received was the wrong colour so contacted Customer Services and a replacement was received within a couple of working days.
I would recommend using Cavalier Bathrooms and would have no problems approaching them when we start our next project.

I recently purchased 4 items from a local company to me to be supplied to them by Cavalier bathrooms, 3 items were from the Elations EKO design. Firstly only half my order arrived to be informed that they could no longer get the Dijon Walnut colour. I did confirm with Cavalier the lead time to delivery, and on that information placed an order. I had 2 options return all the order and redesign my bathroom which i had designed round the units to include colour theme and tiles, not an option. Or to take the show display in the store. I did this, I took the wall unit and when it came to fitting the sink it did not fit. Cavalier were not helpful would only talk to the store (eventually)who I purchased from, who did all they could with a company who do not know their product design, we then had to cut back the sink to make fit, this has been a very stressful time also second hand unit at no reduction of price or apology from Cavalier that is the least they could do, I am now very concerned about any guarantee on the product in the future should I have a problem. The product Cavalier bathroom design make and supply are not of merchantable quality, I would not recommend the products Cavalier make and supply or their customer service. Very disappointed.

I recommend avoiding all of the below brands as they are all owned by Cavalier Bathrooms/Marketing, so imagine all have similar shoddy business practice and rules:
- April Products
- Elation Bathrooms
- Aqua Dart
- Niagara Bathrooms

Their lifetime guarantee sounds great, however it comes with the catch that you have to register the guarantee within 30 days of install, otherwise the guarantee does not apply at all. However there is no way of the customer knowing this.

They say it is the retailers responsibility to tell you about the guarantee terms, shifting the blame from the real problem being that they have this absurd rule at all. A lifetime guarantee should apply as long as you can provide proof of buying a product at the time the guarantee is valid (which I do).

They don't even stock spare shower control parts, one of the most common parts to need replacing on a shower set. It is shady business practice all round and is deliberately designed to minimise the number of customers who can make a claim - they already have your money and that's all they care about.
