Have ordered from Caviar Classic London in the past, and was happy to stick with them for my recent purchase. Not only because they're normally very quick with delivery but because they do some great offers too, as on this occasion! Unfortunately there was a mix up with my order delivery date this time, but I received prompt communications to explain and confirm new delivery time, which was fair enough.

You said it arrives in two days. I ordered it 3 days before I needed it. But it still arrived too late.

MR Darren was very cooperative and comprehensive as well as helpful. He was positive and explained everything in details and gave very attractive offers.

First class service first class products special delivery what for you you want

I ordered a 4 x 30g set of caviar. Initially only 2 were sent.
I did receive an email informing me that 2 were missing from the first shipment and that they would be shipped on Monday.
The first 2 arrived on Monday but by Wednesday afternoon the 2nd 2 had not arrived.
So I sent an email and received a response saying it was an oversight. They were shipped and arrived on Thursday afternoon.
So - a couple of mix ups this time but not the first time I have had problems with shipments.
I will still be shopping with Caviar Classic because the products are good quality and reasonably priced.
But keep a close eye on shipment.

Never been delivered (while it should have been same day delivery). Nobody replies over the phone. After putting a public message on instagram I’ve received a call telling I will receive a refund and an email confirming the refund and…nothing: it’s been 4 days. I’m worried about the almost 200£ they charged me, I’m calling them everyday, nobody picks up the phone, nobody replies to emails

truffles tasted very good. they are good quality. shelf life better than expected.
They shipped the order on the day I indicated and arrived perfectly on time the next day.
I buy a few times every year from this company and never disappointed.
