Terrible quality goods

Terrible quality goods. They sent me three broken beds over 8 months before they finally accepted my request for a refund. I used the shop card they sent as an apology to buy some stainless steel flatware that rusted on its first trip through the dishwasher. True to form, they sent a replacement out for the silverware that also rusted immediately.

Ordered a coffee table and console in…

Ordered a coffee table and console in November. After I order- I find out the coffee table is back ordered to December and console in February but they only shipped once both pieces are ready

It’s now February- no items. I call and the console is ready but the first available date for it to leave the warehouse is in a month....two weeks after it leaves the warehouse they will schedule delivery. So the console I ordered in November is available in February but won’t make it to my house til April....

Then they can’t tell me where the coffee table is or when it will be available. I’m supposed to keep calling and when it does arrive I’m supposed to magically know that I have to call and get it scheduled to leave the warehouse

Why does a customer have to call to schedule their item to leave your warehouse?!?!? And then schedule again for delivery?!? This makes zero sense

Misleading and disorganized distribution.

I ordered a two thousand dollar cabinet. At the time of order, they required a 1200 dollar deposit. It also said the item was in stock. Paid the deposit and 2 days later got a message saying I'm the item would be delayed by a month. A few weeks later, got an email saying the item was ready to be delivered and to contact customer service. Called. On hold for half an hour only to be told the item was not in fact ready and that the delivery date would be a few weeks later. Waited again. Approaching the approximate date of said delivery, I received yet another email saying it would delayed again yet another month. This is now 2 months and I have already paid a 1200 dollar deposit. They still can't guarantee a delivery date so I won't be shocked if mid March comes and I get another email saying, "just kidding! Maybe April". Unbelievable. This item is to be a focal point in my living room so I wanted to see how it would look before wallpaper and paint which means that will all have to wait until they get around to shipping. Incredibly misleading and unethical. How bad can their inventory and distribution stream be to have this much uncertainty?? This also happened with a vase but I am less concerned about a vase than a 2k item. I won't be shopping CB2 for big ticket items again. Not worth the stress. Oh, on top of that, when I wrote an honest review on the website, they refused to post it.

6 Months Waiting For My Couch

6 Months Waiting For My Couch. Communication is decent but only when I reach out. I say decent because I have no idea how much longer I will have to wait but they refunded me half my shipping at 5 months. My first time ordering from CB2 and for sure my last.

Ordered a sofa and contacted them within days wanting to exchange it for a more expensive option because it felt very cheap (it was around $1,500) I was refused. I lived with a drop cloth protecting the cheap fabric for 10 months before the frame started going out. I am an average sized, single person. My cat would also sit on the couch with me, so maybe it was his extra weight that caused it to fail? Either way, after forcing me to pull a "Karen" they are finally allowing me to return it.

Refund Run Around

Waiting 2 months now for a refund to be paid- after CB2 shipped me a box of broken plates! If you want to burn some emotional calories with customer service- this is the place because they give you the run around....

So sad that as I Googled CB2 to see if…

So sad that as I Googled CB2 to see if my awful customer service experience was unique to me, I see it was not. I bought the Bixby table and it arrived with a 3 inch chunk of the leg missing. CB2 did not reach out to me to let me know next steps. I spent over an hour on the phone and 30 minutes in 2 text sessions to tell them to take the table back that I did not want it. They told me they could pick up the table in two weeks and once they had it back they would credit me the $1000. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE WORST: I’m a longtime customer and when I couldn’t access 1 of several accounts, business and personal accts, I called Customer Service asking a simple question; “are you experiencing system wide issues with logging into accounts, could you please check thank you”, I was left holding for 20 MIN. THANKS, BUT NO THANKS! There are too many places to shop where this type of customer disregard is unacceptable. It will be the last time I contact CB2. The STAGE is narrowing on where ppl want to shop and folks today are seeking impeccable customer service which is not found here.

CB2 sent me the wrong wall painting after ordering online

I ordered a wall painting from CB2 online. I selected the in-store pick up option and waited 2 weeks for my order to be ready for pick up.

Upon picking up my order, I came home to discover CB2 had sent me the wrong painting.

Due to my negative experience in ordering from CB2, I strongly advise people to think twice when it comes to ordering for them, or at the least - make sure you double check what arrives. In the meantime, I am waiting for them to rectify the situation and ensure I get the correct painting I ordered.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited MONTHS to get my furniture items and finally got a delivery date, it was confirmed the day before and then POSTPONED because the items hadn't arrived at the warehouse. When I tried to reschedule, the next date was a MONTH later. Used to be such a huge CB2 fan. Now, I will never buy anything else from them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

CB2 truly offers the worst customer…

CB2 truly offers the worst customer experience and service I have experienced myself. I would truly not purchased anything from them. I made the mistake of purchasing a bed and the whole experience is a nightmare, everything is a miscommunication and always the customer's fault. The always send they are going to email you information which they never do. Customer service is clueless when you reach out to them. Truly NOT WORTH IT at all!

Super slow shipping and poor customer service

I purchased a non-furniture item and paid extra for 2-day delivery. It's been nearly 2 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. The site says it shipped, but FedEx says it has no such package. Incredibly frustrating. It's probably just sitting idle in a CB2 warehouse. And customer service is useless. You can only text and "maybe" get a reply a few hours later.

unsatisfied is an understatement

One star for the quality of the products, the rest is a SHXT SHOW.
I bought multiple items from them almost two months ago. So far I've gotten about 20% of the items. The dining table top was delivered with a huge crack across from it and the delivery people insisted a new one can be delivered within days so I let them send the damaged one back. Little do I know, not only no one called me to deliver a new one, but I had to call myself to ask for something I ALREADY PAID FOR. It's been 2 months and I have had to reach out to them 5+ times myself, it's still nowhere to be found. I've been told "we may have sent you an email for delivery." They won't even tell you when your stuff is ready to be schedule for delivery, you have to call/chat online yourself.
ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE, your time and money are worth much more than this shxt show.

Delivery and customer service is…

Delivery and customer service is absolutely horrendous. Will ALWAYS show up late, ALWAYS be damaged and will ALWAYS have a hard time with customer service getting the issue solved. Horrible. Quality products but not worth the hassle of the terrible delivery and service.

They are hopeless as an an on-line…

They are hopeless as an an on-line retailer. HOPELESS.

If you want to wait months to receive stuff you didn’t order and theypromised would be delivered in days, have at it.

Otherwise, order from anywhere else, or go to the dump: you’ll at least know what you are getting and you’ll get it the same day.

Worst delivery service EVER

We ordered 2 beds.....received one of the two and were promised the second bed for the following week. The first delivery guy said he would just leave the first bed and set it up upon delivery of the second bed. Upon delivery of the second bed they refused to move the first bed or do anything promised. After 30-45 minutes we were still not getting any service. The WORST delivery service EVER. I am returning both beds simply because of the poor service. I can buy beds anywhere!!!

Won't order from this company again

Won't order from this company again. Cancelled an order for bookends after waiting months for them. Order was cancelled officially. They sent them anyway and charged me for them! I had to contact Fedex myself and cancel the delivery because CB2 said they couldn't. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. They screwed up, they still have my money and are telling me to wait. I'm officially done with CB2 on principal. Their product is great, but it's time for me to give my business to other businesses that are trying harder an deserve a break.
