Sorry to say but appalling customer service.
Yes, my orders were generally delivered quickly but my last order was stolen out of the pack. I know that’s not the fault of the company that it went missing but what is a problem is that I emailed 3 times for help and once directly to the website and not once did they reply.
It seems as long as they get your money that’s all they care about and stuff the customer service. Just plain rude and I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again!

I love the products they sold, really great (Though totally not legal most of the time, far too much THC for legal limits within the UK) and as a Bsc Hons Chem student the way they sold me a opened product (on clearance) which was months out of date, this was without flavour or anything, the product is questionable the 50/50 CBD pure blend. The bottle also labels 60ml but nothing about it only containing 50ml of liquid, the site does, but not the product.

They would not reply back to emails asking about ingredients used, then I was like man are they another bunch of scammers now, lots of people became that during covid and oh man, yeah delivery is great, though they ignore you until you say "Do I need to make a fraud claim?" and right away I get a reply.

Careful with these products, I will send some of it off for lab analysis, they don't seem to understand basic chemistry when the only thing they care about expired products are (they have not lost their flavour and taste the same)

Cannabinoids will be better regulated and accessible in the next few years for people within the UK, so don't worry about having to deal with these companies in the future and the limited access the NHS gives patients today to these specific compound, pharmacognosist's will make sure of it.

The sales were amazing and arrived fast , the customer service number is always avaliable with a friendly person at the end of it , will definitely be using this company again .

Oil came opened, no safety seal and package had been cut open. Company did nothing. I'll be going elsewhere

From the 1st day i tried capsules i knew i made the right choice. So many hemp seed products out there which arnt cbd. I checked lab reports and 100% happy this is real cbd. Dont be fooled by high street shops. Check your ingredients.

Cbd relieve are 5***** for a reason

I started taking the 500mg CBD oil 7 months ago for PMS as every month I was going crazy, it was terrible, mood swings, anxiety and crazy thoughts, I felt a difference after a couple of weeks and now my PMS has totally disappeared, I will never stop taking it every day, it’s saved me mentally and also physically as my recovery after the gym is a lot better too 😊

I don't normally leave such in the face reviews. A click on 5 stars is about as good as it gets from me, but this deserves nothing less than a MASSIVE thumbs up 👍💖.
The bar was on my shelf in the bathroom still in the packaging and within a hour my kids asked why the bathroom smells like sweets.
It really does smell just like parma violet so much so you can almost taste it! 😍
First time I've tried CBD oil externally, normal I'd use drops under the tongue. Today I didn't take the drops.
I only used a small amount of this awesome CBD bubble bar, under the tap as the bath filled and it's the first time in ages I've been mentally focused without distractions.

I drink the cbd chill tea when I need to relax, it tastes lovely and I use the bag once and leave it in the cup, although you can use it a few times. First time i tried it my head was resting on my shoulder I was super relaxed.

I started cbd a year ago. First the full spectrum capsules and now I take the full spectrum oral spray and i vape. I also drink the chill tea. I have emotional unstable personality disorder. I also have inflammatory colitis and ibs. Cbd has helped my moods more stable, my anxiety is so much less than before I started cbd, even my doctor is happy with results and told me to continue taking it. I've recently just had a bad flare up of my colitis but that has been my first in the year of taking cbd. Cbd relieve products are a very high quality to some I have researched. Cbd has honestly changed my life.

I have used several different products from CBD relieve. I love the vape pen easy to use no harshness on the throat and gives me a fast relief from my pain. I have used the balm on my psoriasis and it has worked wonders. I also used the balm on my partners forehead when he had a headache and it cleared quickly. Great products thank you.

I have been taking relieve 3000mg CBD oil for 6 months. It has been amazing, it's helped me come off 8 tramadol a day and 600mg of pregabalin a day. Now i only take the CBD to control my pain. It's helped my sleep, my stomach problems, anxiety and mantel health issues. This is a product you can trust 100%.

Product purchased unusable and they refused to replace even though faulty.
Customer service awful and ingredients not as stated on the packaging!
You do not know what you are actually getting unfortunately so use another supplier that is safe and trustworthy.

Your product packaging has not changed therefore we had no way of knowing that you had changed the product ingredients. I also have photos and messages proving this.

It shouldn’t take word of mouth and you should have updated the packaging. The fact we don’t actually know what ingredients your products contain is extremely worrying.

This is not a personal attack and whether a third party sold it or not doesn’t matter as they state they also didn’t know about the change. I have no way to know if they did or not but as your packaging hasn’t changed have to assume they were also kept in the dark. The product is not fit for purpose because of the changes you made so is faulty.

A refund was not required if you’d been able to supply a product with the correct and specific ingredient content that was actually usable.

I was going to do a review of the last 3 weeks on the CBD Relieve vape. But thought I'd give you an example of what happened to me last night and this morning. Last night the battery went flat. It's my own fault, I hadn't charged it for a few days. I thought I'd be okay though, as I had crystal healing/angel reiki yesterday morning so I felt ok (she told me I need to start using my voice and opening up - this counts right?!). I went to sleep early as I was knackered. I was then rudely awoken at 1230am by hubby's work phone. I then struggled to get back to sleep. Eventually (after an hour or so) I drifted off. This morning I woke up and I felt awful. I felt stressed out of my tree and was not in a very good place. My energy was all over the place! I dragged myself out of bed, got dressed, shoved as many crystals into my bra as I could and got my vape. After 15-20 minutes I started to calm down. 10974903 thoughts racing through my mind started to dwindle and I could hear myself think!
I did notice throughout the day, that if I didn't have a puff every hour or so, I could feel my energy going out of sorts again and 57474 thoughts coming back. As soon as I'd have a puff or 2, it'd go away.

This is the first day in 3 weeks that I've felt like this! To think that this was a daily occurrence - but I didn't think anything of it. I'd just get up and get on with it! I really don't want to feel like this again :(

So there you have it. I don't know what I'd do without the vape now! 1 cartridge has lasted me 2 weeks. Next step is to buy a proper vape and use the juices that we sell. That's for another day though!

PURE NOVICE LOOKING FOR ADVICE

Had given 2 stars as my cartridges leaked, no fault of cbd relieve i guess,they quickly emailed me regarding this and had a nice phone call from them! I now have taken my old review down and now giving 5 stars as this was quickly dealt with! I have bought their stuff for quite some time now and this is the 1st time it happened.i perfer their cbd oils than sensi seeds i used to get from Amsterdam. ☆☆☆☆☆

I have recently come to use CBD vape cartiridges for chronic pain and the general anxiety and insomnia that come with that. I have been using CBD for nearly three weeks and have found this excellent for easing my pain. The company have given excellent customer service, wtith prompt replies to my emails. Even when one of the cartrisge did not work, there was an immediate turn around with another one dispatched for the next day.
Cannot fault this company. They have done their research
