CBD Store is definitely one of my favourite places to shop.

When I had a query about one of their products, they were quick to respond and gave me the information that I wanted.

My orders have always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The constant delivery updates are also a huge plus.

Superfast service, being kept updated the whole time.

Support is good. Delivery with courier just took a week and a bit and they struggled for an hour and a half to find my location even though it was one of the largest hotels in the city.

Still trying to see the benefit of using the product. Atm not doing much, maybe I need to change it up.

Fantastic customer service, I was kept up to date on the shipment of my product, it arrived within a few days of placing my order online. I will definitely support them in future.

No problem with the store, but the delivery service is not great. They were going to send the product back after a supposed double booking, they were told by someone, I don't know who, that it had already been delivered. No one phoned when they were delivering or even sent a notification to say that it was being sent back. I saw on the tracking that it had been refused so I phoned and was told this story. If I hadn't phoned it would have been sent back.

Excellent product range and priced well. Delivery can take a while.

I ordered 3 bottles at once to save on delivery cost. but all of them will expire at exactly the same date namely in4 months time. my idea was that ordering a lot wont be a problem. in such a case, I planned using it for some coming months but now it cant be stored for as long. I would have liked to be informed about expiry dates issues beforehand.
Delivery was however, prompt and on time. Thanks.
