I am a freelance translator and I have been working with CCJK Technologies for a few years. Their Project Managers are friendly, communicative and do their best to provide support during the translation process. Payment is always on time. I personally have not had any negative experiences with the company.

The services provided by CCJK are very satisfying, they put quality first, on time delivery, besides that, the Project Managers work very professionally, always providing constructive feedback. CCJK always provides timely payments according to the work that has been completed. They are all very professional. Hopefully CCJK will always be successful and continue to grow.

As a translator, it has been a great experience working with CCJK. The company's working platform and system is very convenient and efficient, and payments are always made on time. They also have a lot of competent project managers to give useful and kind support.

The project managers are all very professional and great at prompt problem-solving. The projects are diversified. The payment terms are acceptable. The Mars translation platform makes things easy to manage, from projects to invoices to payouts and feedback. I enjoy and recommend working with this company.

This company scammed me out of $3,500 worth of work. One of their project managers hired me while pretending to be working for another company. I worked for 2 months, giving them my finished projects. When they didn't pay me, I figured out that the actual company was CCJK. They had my files that I had done, but they defended their PM's lies and refused to pay me. Beware! There is no trust with a company like this.

I got my task of proofreading to deliver in few days. So did I making sure to finish it within the deadline. After more than one month, I'm still waiting to get paid. I knew of their policy of payment but now they told I have to wait till the end of the next month, making it two and not one as they said before.Outrageous! Translation platform website is very slow too taking up weeks to get job approved! quite disappointed!

CCJK contacted me regarding a subtitle translation project for The Disney Channel. The treatment I received from CCJK was extremely unprofessional and degrading.

I submitted my test piece which was nearly 3 mn long. They asked me to do it free of charge.

I spent my time and worked on the test piece. I was told that I failed the test as I did not follow the 42 character per line rule in 4 places.

When I double checked the lines, I noted that they were perfectly following the 42 chr. per line rule.

When I pointed this out, CCJK came back to me with a new set of errors which they claimed to be punctuation errors, alongside their proof-reader’s abusive comment about me.

The piece that I worked on was a comedy and I kept some of the original punctuation as they were used for a specific purpose.

The guidance I received from CCJK was not much helpful neither.

It was extremely shocking that their proof-reader was abusive towards me.

I strongly warn my fellow translators about CCJK.

I've been using CCJK as a freelance video editor for some time now and the quality and service has always been superb.
What stands out are the staff (Ivy, in this case, my AM) who answers all requests promptly and often go above and beyond to get jobs done at short notice (and no deadline ever been missed)
