Bad connection and unreliable
It's bleak, doesn't work unless it feels like it. when i try to top up it always pop up "bad connection" despite being within 200m of a tower

Cellcard is just another shady company. Best avoided unless you’ve got money to throw away.

I´ve purchased eSIM with data plan over their app. After the payment the app showed errors only and it was impossible to have QR code. It takes 3 days, many e-mails and calls to have this QR code, but after they have not activated 5 USD data package. No more response to e-mails. Pure scam!

Our service in the village of Preaek Svay koh Rong hasn't worked for 6 days. Keep phoning them but nothing happens still not working or given answers to when it will work again.
NO call backs or emails

they scammed me like tourist, all was working for 30 days without any problem, after my data expired, then i wanted buy new one, i did top up, but after i found that i cant subscribe any plans, the app saying just error happend, i lost 6 USD coz i cant use it, support just saying that all is alright..they said go buy new simcard, but i just did top up here..thats theft

first we were ok with this prepay mobil card. We charged it on small shops.
Then we toped via credit/debit pay method. We placed a good amount. But than after checking - the amount is only valid for 40 days. After chatting with support - they just told that this is there practice for a long time.
This is not customer friendly
