Gran empresa con grandes profesionales

Mince on est obligé de mettre une étoile... century21 a été mon syndic, je suis propriétaire de mon appartement..... je ne reçois pas d appel de fond, pas de convocation aux assemblées générales, on me pourrit au téléphone quand je demande à ne pas payer les frais postaux, j ai subi des dommages sur ma voiture (on sait qui a fait cela) le syndic refuse de faire quoique ce soit, faire respecter le règlement de copropriété ils savent pas faire, par contre m engueuler parce que mon chien perd ses poils et que cela gêne la voisine du dessous ça ils savent faire....
Je leur mets donc 1 étoile car très fort pour exiger d être payé, et parce qu ils savent gueuler sur les gens ça pas de soucis... c est d ailleurs tout ce qu ils savent faire

Te enseñan un proyecto espectacular en folletos y renders, y luego… ¡sorpresa! Lo que parecía un diseño moderno y atractivo desaparece como por arte de magia cuando ves la realidad. En mi caso, con Pórtico Plaza Alicante, la decepción ha sido enorme.

Y lo peor es que van a lanzar una segunda fase (Pórtico 2), pero sinceramente, ni regalado lo querría. No soy el único con esta opinión. Ojalá hubiese sabido antes lo que sé ahora. Mucha suerte a quienes se animen, porque ni a mi peor enemigo se lo recomendaría.

Solo espero que no me borren esta opinión porque no es un ataque, es la cruda realidad

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Joaquín Prats from Century 21 Mallorca while attempting to purchase my dream home in Mallorca, Spain.

From the very first visit, Joaquín assured me that all building inspection documents were approved and in order. After negotiating and having my offer accepted, I spent weeks finalizing my mortgage. Once everything was ready, the agent sent me the contract ("Contrato de Arras") to sign, and we scheduled a date to finalize the deal.

However, Joaquín repeatedly canceled last-minute—three times in a row—delaying the process without valid justification. Then, he began outright ignoring my messages and calls for weeks, despite being active on WhatsApp and even posting on his story. At the final stage of the purchase, he suddenly claimed that the necessary documents were missing—contradicting what he had originally stated. Even after I expressed my willingness to proceed despite this, he continued to ignore me entirely.

After months of chasing him, I finally received a vague email response stating that the sale had been "suspended by the owner." However, after verifying through other sources, I discovered that the property had actually been sold to someone else during the time he was ignoring me.

Joaquín Prats and Century 21 Mallorca acted with complete disregard for professionalism, ethics, and basic transparency. If another offer had been made, I could have had the opportunity to match or improve it. Instead, they chose deception and silence, wasting months of my time and causing immense frustration.

I filed a formal complaint with Century 21’s department, providing clear evidence of his unacceptable behavior. Their initial response was silence, and when they finally replied, they dismissed my concerns by simply stating they believed Joaquín had done nothing wrong. This speaks volumes about the integrity (or lack thereof) within their organization.

As someone with years of real estate experience, I understand the buying process well, and this was by far the most unethical and appalling experience I have ever encountered.

You can slap the word "luxury" on your brand, but that does not excuse a total lack of ethics, professionalism, and basic human decency. Century 21 Mallorca, and specifically Joaquín Prats, are the worst real estate professionals I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise anyone—whether resident or foreign—not to trust them with their property purchase in Spain.

For reference, my formal complaint (titled Queja Formal Joaquín Prats) was sent on February 19th to recepcion email and Marina from HR, with all supporting evidence.

Still waiting on my refund even do the agent who I was dealing with from the very beginning mananual as said several times before ...
She messaged me on what app to inform me that refund will be returned ..still waiting on it which is very unprofessional and not exceptable..I will update copy of what app messages......

They advertised on Idealista that they were selling an apartment in the Apolo 7 in Calpe.
They had just updated their advertising that it was still for sale.
After completing the contact form, we heard nothing from them. After a week
we emailed them back if it was still for sale, they removed their advertising without replying to us.
They claimed my negative review as a big lie.
I was asked to delete the review.
I then posted 2 photos of a screenshot as proof.
Then they had my Google review removed as a big lie because I was not in their system. Even by Google itself
with my photos as proof.

Esta es una reseña en base a mi experiencia en una ciudad cerca de Barcelona.
Vimos un anuncio, concertamos una cita al cabo de una semana. El trato inicial con el agente inmobiliario fue muy cercano y familiar.
Si bien es cierto que algunos detalles no quedaban claros durante el proceso del reserva del piso / contrato de arras, no hemos tenido ningún problema o complicación durante el proceso de compra. También hay que decir que el hecho de "gestionar las comunicaciones via WhatsApp" (no en cuenta Business) queda un poco raro, pero confio que internamente tendrán los procesos adecuados para el tratado de datos.
En el momento de la firma de arras, hecha con la plataforma Signaturit, tuvimos un retardo de casi 1 hora.
El día de la compraventa, tuvieron un detalle personal con cada una de las partes, muy apreciado!

Good afternoon Robert, I would appreciate it if you have something to say about our work, which in your case did not go as planned ...because due to external health circumstances it was no longer possible for you (because you gave up the purchase) to acquire the property for which you had made the purchase and sale agreement. You received your money back, but all the construction changes you made to the house were charged by the seller (which we had nothing to do with). But any issue you may have we are here to "show our face" to you.

Answer:
How is it possible that you know that we had have some of our money back??? We where not in contact with you, we did not tell you about a settlement? Did your lawyer or one of your employees such as José Manuel Miragaia was playing aside with the seller and did you scam us? Or was there never a lawyer who did make the CPCV?

Give us the name of the lawyer so we can sue him or her! Only in that case I will stop telling the truth.

The only thing I can think of is that you ripped us of and you are in contact with the seller.

Another piece of evidence that you are not trustworthy.

Do not do any business with Century 21 Via! This is a warning!!

In the meanwhile be smart any go to another real estate company, after my story you can off-course decide if you want to do business with the incompetent people who will let you hang if you come into problems.
