My order never arrived. Many contacts with company. Asked for proof of delivery and they sent something in Chinese. Said since it was delivered which it was not, they had no responsibility and refused a refund. They took no ownership of the problem and I lost my money.

I ordered 2 different products and both times I was sent a different product and was told that they were the same product as ordered but with different packaging. On complaining I was offered a 20% refund and keep the product. How does a business like this be allowed to operate. They are dishonest to say the least!!!

It took forever to arrive-more than a month and then it was the wrong product. What I specifically ordered was no longer even on their website. From all these reviews I have read I can see how hard or expensive it would be to return. I am just chalking it up as a big mistake.

ho ordinato un prodotto per la pulizia dell'intestino, a base di erbe naturali, mai arrivato. Ho provato a vedere il loro sito, ma il mio computer mi blocca perchè è segnalato come sito pericoloso. NON COMPRATE DA LORO.

This company is not worthy of even one star. They are dishonest and crooks. They need to be stopped from trading and defrauding people. When you don't receive the product you ordered but something entirely different they tell you it has been re-packaged, NO, IT IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED..Even when you send them photographic evidence they still insist they have sent the correct item but it has been repackaged. The item in the box is what it says on the outside so how can it be what I ordered? PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CERAVIX.

This company should be blocked from trading! I’m being played by a couple of people as I try to chase up my order. I’m getting nowhere with them. They send links for me to check delivery on my order which are spam. I’m not going to get my money back. Avoid.

Bought a product, money back guarantee but to return cost more than half the product cost.. not very transparent in the return process. Very disappointed!!

Product purchased didn’t work. I asked to return for a refund but was offered 20% refund and keep faulty product or return at my expense to an address not yet specified ( could be international) so that would probably be more expensive than product.
Custemer service didn’t respond to first enquiry. Wouldn’t purchase from them again. Don’t recommend on any level.

Tenía duda sobre una mujer que conocí en internet. Nos escribimos, fotos, me mandó foto de su pasaporte. Hiba a pagar todo los gastos. Pero gracias de ellos en mi caso para un par de horas localizaron la verdadera mujer de los fotos con todos sus datos personales. Y que pasaporte era falso. Y que todo era estafa

supposition mais ils doivent acheter 3 € environ pour revendre 25 € ???? Ils inondent Facebook de publicité avec soit disant des avis favorables des publications dans les journaux nationaux français, et tout ça c'est du blabla

I ordered a ‘Earease’ roll on to rub behind my ear as the advert on Facebook stated it could help alleviate the dizziness I experience with vertigo, at a cost of £28.90 including postage. What I received was a container of Wrigleys mints ! These people shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook

This company offers a 30 day free trial and your money back on ArmLift if you're not happy. But you are expected to return it in the packaging and unused...so how can you try it??

I would recommend NOT using this company, plus they are selling this product 5 times more than on Amazon!

Despicable!!

I feel foolish l bought arm lift from this company. The advert said Boots and Sainsbury’s had sold out. I was really skepticsl but foolishly ordered the product.
Do not buy. Doesn’t improve skin at all. Should have studied where company was actually situated; Hong Kong !!

I ordered Arm Lift for wrinkly arms and I received a product by West Month with different packaging. The company said it was the same but old packaging. I had seen the West Month product on Amazon but thought it might be a cheaper, less effective product. However, I now realise that they were selling the same product for considerably less. I also bought Glow Remedy Oil from another company and they also sent a West Month product so maybe the same company under different names. I feel conned - can't believe I fell for it.
