Certvalue is global consulting organization based in India. I have visited the organization personally and verified the authenticity & credibility of Certvalue. Trust me they are damn professional & trustworthy. Staff working in Certvalue are very polite & they were too quick in responding to me & my queries. I am totally satisfied with them. I have reffered one of my connect for Job as well in Certvalue.

My business manufactures OTC products and we hired CertValue (BlipSnip consulting) in March of 2022 to provide GMP and ISO training and certification.

CertValue is based in India and on the surface it seemed legit. Underneath though it is just an Indian call center scam with a lot of effort put into seeming real via their website, online business directories, Google and LinkedIn.

Sadly, during the certification training it was apparent CertValue employees were completely inexperienced in providing any level of GMP training and instead would direct us to follow slides on presentations and couldn't answer the simplest of queries. Basically CertValue employees are highly unprofessional, we had to chase them almost every week to move the process forward, and they were late on every single deliverable, this was our first red flag.

After two months of painstakingly slow back and forward work for the GMP certification, CertValue employees then inexplicably deleted the entirety of our shared Google drive working folder (GMP certification require hundreds of documents), setting the GMP certification back to square one. CertValue could not explain why the documents we spent months working on were deleted and were completely unhelpful in restoring them through Google support. I actually have chat logs with Google Drive support stating that if CertValue requests it they (Google Drive Support) could restore the files, but CertValue would not even do this. Red flag number two.

The event above is what made me contact CertValue's claimed certifying bodies. In our SLA contract with CertValue they claim that their certification bodies are as follows.

1. Certification Body for ISO 9001:2015 - DBS CERTIFICATION PVT. LTD Accreditation body: IAS

2. Certification Body for GMP Compliance - Euro Assessments and Certification LTD

I contacted all three companies listed above, IAS, DBS and EAC only to find out in no uncertain terms that these three bodies had never heard of CertValue (BlipSnip consulting) and were duly informed that even if they had, that CertValue would not be able to issue GMP and ISO certificates in their names. We had/have simply been hoodwinked by CertValue into believing they were a real and accredited GMP certification company. (Which they are most definitely not)!

We also contacted one of the worlds main GMP certification bodies (IAS), who informed us that CertValue is completely non-accredited anywhere in the world. Any certifications issued by them for either GMP and/or ISO would not be recognized by any governing body should we pursue a certification with CertValue. Likely they would just provide some kind of fake certificate.

Essentially we have been scammed out of the initial SLA contract payment of $2,500 USD. We did confront CertValue about supplying their accreditation certificates to which they obviously would not, they informed us that their certifications were unimportant and to basically trust them even after we confronted them with all the provable falsities in their SLA contract. The term gaslighting comes to mind here.

I could write an essay on the unprofessionalism of CertValue and their employees, but suffice to say that their claims to be an accredited GMP training service or are able to provide valid GMP/ISO accreditation services and certifications are completely 100% false. Both IAS and DBS were very helpful actually in helping us unravel the online scam that is CertValue.

I hope that anyone who finds CertValue also known as BLIP SNIP CONSULTING PVT. LTD in Google searches or on LinkedIn isn't as gullible as we were, and stays clear of this Indian call center scam. Please do your due diligence better than we did before hiring a GMP certification body!
