Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, both size Large. One was accidentally sent to me in size X-Large so I emailed C’est customer support and the next day a very friendly and helpful person at the company responded to fix my order. The pair that was correctly sized is one of the most comfortable pair of jeans I’ve ever put on. Amazing quality and feel. I will definitely order more from them just from their professional and friendly customer service alone.

Finally purchased two pair of new jeans, usually I go for cheap H&M jeans or similar but I thought I was gonna go for more expensive once that holds longer.

After the first day the seems in the backpocket completely failed and my underwear was showing. I got a new pair because they said it was due to production errors or similar. Next pair, exactly the same thing happened two days after i got them.

The other pair I bought was way too big even though I followed the recommendations at the website.

As a "sorry" they offered 15% discount on my next purchase. Not even my cheap jeans are this poor in quality. Will not return and not recommend it to anyone sadly.

Extremely high shipping, added extra fees (I complained and they refunded one), but it’s been months and I never received my product and have yet to hear from them. I will change my review if they make it right, but as of now I recommend steering clear of this company!

I bought jeans too big. Had no problem with the return and got the right size. Unfortunately, the brand label on the back had a defunct. I sent a picture and got to keep the pants whilst getting a full refund to buy a new pair. The jeans themselves are so damn comfy I immediately ordered them in 3 different colors. Best fitting jeans I got in a long long time and extremely customer friendly! Awesome brand!

£20 charge for a refund and no option for an exchange. Way off market and gouging consumers who have no option to try on sizes in store. Avoid.

Ordered two pants from them, the size didnt fit and I had to make an exchange. The exchange were easy and went smoothly thanks to Zuzanna on their support team. I will order from C’est normal again. Their pants are great!

Ripoff in the return policy. Return shipping only possible via UPS for 9,90 Euro deduction from the refund, which is 10% of the sum for the actual pants I ordered. Material itself good, but fit is very bad. Came in a cheap plastic wrap, way below expectation.
Would never order here again. Ever.

Har handlet mye klær her, og er veldig fornøyd med kvaliteten å komforten.
Jeg har valgt feil størrelse noen ganger, men kundeservice har vært fantastisk hjelpsomme, og fikset både retur og ny vare.

I recently bought a pair of carpenter trousers as well as a couple of T-shirts. I forgot to check the sizing (check out the sizing guides on their website) and ordered a size too large. No problems with quick and easy exchange with great service and have now received my awesome new threads that look and feel great!

The best jeans i've ever worn. I don't wanna wear anything else.
Their oversized t-shirts seem super great quality. The only thing i'm not hype about is the shoes. I've had the 2.0 shoes for 1-2 years and used them alot because they look really nice and go well with alot. But they dont support my narrow flat foot the way i could hope for.

I bought a pair of the Straight Cut dark blue jeans from C’est Normals website. One of the easiest, quickest sale experiences I have had. Extremely quick delivery and the jeans themselves? Well they are fantastic. The stretchy, resilient material is perfect. They are smart yet super relaxed, great for my lifestyle. I feel confident and comfortable in these jeans. So much so I bought a duplicate pair a couple of months later. Both pairs are excellent.

Bought two pairs of the swim shorts. Expected high quality due to the aggressive SoMe marketing. The reality = very poor quality, bad materials and shitty finish. The seams and linings are so rough I can’t wear them, as they tear my skin and cause itching. Wish I had checked their trustpilot reviews before buying.

Absolute trash experience.

The designs look okay, but that’s the only positive. The sizing is completely off, I have a normal, athletic build and nothing fits properly. The quality is shockingly bad, honestly comparable to Temu, Shein or Alibaba, yet priced like something premium. Cheap materials, poor finish, and nowhere near worth the money.

Customer service is beyond useless. I returned my items and its taking forever for them to even acknowledge receiving the package. No updates, no clear communication, and zero sense of professionalism. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

What makes this worse is the marketing. Instagram ads push this brand as high-quality and premium, which is simply misleading. I’ve followed Jon Olsson since his skiing days and expected much better. That trust is gone. This brand feels like pure hype, influencers and a big name covering up a low-quality product and a badly run company.

If I had checked Trustpilot beforehand, I would never have ordered. Learn from my mistake and stay away.

Bought the beige 2.0 shoes. Extremely comfortable as advertised. Right to the size. And wide which is important for me. Arrived in a week (Christmas break) but it is ok.

Awful experience. Taken 2 months for them to acknowledge a return, having ignored the courier for over a month regarding the parcel I had sent and returned to them on time. After no response to 3 emails and 2 DMs (of course there is no customer support number) they then partially refunded me and still insist on paying for the shipping that they messed up on. Terribly run business without a clue how to provide a service to their customers.

De sendte de forkerte bukser, i forhold til billedet på hjemmeside og ordrebekræftelse. Sendte dem retur for over 14 dage siden, hørte intet og nu kan de ikke finde returneringen. Har bekræftelse fra Bring, at ordren er returneret og leveret hos dem! Skrevet til dem 3 gange nu!

Produkte fallen unterschiedlich aus bei Größen und Passform, wie auch Qualität. Kundenservice existiert nicht, Retouren funktionieren nicht, keine Antwort auf mehrere Mails.
